How much to bump out the wall and extend roof?

How much would it cost in total to bump out the wall with the picture window 2-3 feet? this would require extending the roof line, which has quite a steep incline.

This would also require moving the door over, but I'm more concerned about cost of the bump out and roof extension. We would like to have a bigger space inside to add a kitchen island.

Also, How much would it cost to remove the little jut out on the left and flatten the wall?
