Support Wall

We have a wall with a window in it that separates the kitchen/Dining room and the living room. Its about 4 feet long.

How much would this cost to cut the wall down to waist length (plan on making an island out of it after) and replace with support beam?

There is an electric plug and a cold area return in the wall as well but its in the bottom of the wall so it won't need to be touched.

Estimate cost?

Although it is difficult to be accurate without a site visit, I would estimate that your work would cost between 3 to $4000.00 plus HST including drywall and painting etc.
