What is the material and labor cost to frame a 2200 sq ft home in Calgary?

We are looking to remodel our existing bi-level home by adding a second storey. Our plan to gut the main floor and start from scratch from the foundation up. We don't have the drawings at this point but we would like to know the rough estimate for budgeting purposes.

The square footage budget cost is only confirmed after you have the design completed on your drawings because the cost are really determined on the labor to supply and install the given materials required. The range of square footage costs could range from $125.00 to unlimited !! Complete your drawings and specifications for this project and then send them out to a general contractor who will give you a square footage price to complete and manage the project for you.
