I would like someone to demolish & remove of existing concrete work throughout front drive way, towards the south side of house, moving westward towards backyard, and northwards towards existing fencing (not including existing paver stones).
I would like the re-leveling and framing of concrete work including small "border" or "bevel" to prevent water from pushing towards side of home, run off towards home divisions.
Because of the location of the property pouring of concrete can only be completed on a Saturday/Sunday ONLY) and broom finish. Approximately 340 Sq Ft.
The winter cracked the slab in the corner of my porch. The section starts at the top of the steps and extends diagonally to the side of the porch. It is a full thickness crack of the slab. The wrought iron railing is embedded in this part of the slab as well. If possible I would like the damage repaired rather than the slab replaced. I also wanted to discuss the removal of 3 concrete steps and replacement with more concrete steps with a lower rise than they are now. This would probably require a building permit as it would extend the steps outward toward the lot line. The price is very important to me but I also hope for quality work. I indicate the timing of the project as 2 to 3 months because I have a rose bush beside the porch which may be affected by the repairs and I want to have it moved before the repairs. To make certain it lives beyond the move, it will need to be moved at the end of the summer. This is the only reason for the delay.
I am looking for a small concrete slab/footing to be poured to support the posts of a freestanding pergola. The pergola is 8x10’ and 8’ high using 6x6 posts. The manufacturer is TojaGrid pergola.
Ideally I’d like to avoid setting the posts in concrete as I don’t have a long enough post for that option. I already have post brackets which can be fastened to concrete.
Basically I need a small concrete Slab/base that will support the pergola posts but I am open to other options. The pergola comes with post bases which will accept 1/2” fastener.
I have included pictures of the pergola and ideally my goal in the future of how I want it to look.
To recap, I do not need a full slab. Only 4 small ones to attach the pergola base brackets to.
