I need a concrete porch in the font of my small Scarborough home. I have photos available showing the area and the exact measurements. The project had been started but never got finished. The area has forms and gravel already in place. I even have the rebar in my garage. the measurements of the area are as follows -
110" wide x 156 " long and is two levels
the upper level is 110" x 69 "x 10"
the lower level is 110" x 87"x 6"

I have a pool (approx 32' x 18' ) with a concrete deck that is shifting, heaving and in some spots hollowing out. I would like to find out how much it would be to replace or repair the damages to the pool deck and attached concrete decking that holds the pools circulating system. The surrounding deck is 3' up to 7' at each end of the pool. The pool equipment structure is aprox 8' x 8'. There is room at the side of the house for equipment to get through although there is a 3' high retaining wall to get to the pool area.
Also the pool backs onto a ravine.
We have an area approximately 4 feet by 100 feet that requires excavation and concrete; this is a corner lot house with a very narrow ‘backyard’. The area needs to have the existing surface removed/levelled and we require a simple concrete surface angled so that rainwater drainage does not impact the house.
I need to extend my concrete driveway approx 20 feet. The grade goes down approx 3 feet from front to back.. drive is approx 10 feet wide.. I need the grading to be flat in this portion of the driveway. I would also like a privacy fence built at back of pad and at front. Picture attached. Please provide an approx quote.
Thanks
Need to fill in a front "garden" under my living room window as well as a little area of garden
opposite the front door. Am looking to fill the this whole with cement so it can be used for
an extended front porch. The roof overhangs this area and therefore doesn't grow satisfactorily. Am not sure of the depth but about 12 feet long and 3 feet wide.
Thank you.
I would like to have some one capable, willing and able to start immediately to install around 30 ft. of steel/aluminum railing around front porch and around 500 sq. ft. of concrete walkway to go from the front to the back yard of my house. Please text or call (11 am to 3 pm during week days and after 11 am to 11 pm during week ends) or e-mail.

Concrete repair
My house is built on a hill - the first floor from the front is the second floor of the back of the house.
The stairs along the side of the house leading to the patio at the back of the house are worn - I would like to replace them with concrete steps, or possibly brick, depending on cost. I assume that stone would be the most expensive option. The job would include grading of the slope and removal of the old wood.
URGENTLY NEED SUB-CONTRACTOR to do Concrete Floor Repairs and Skim Coat entire floor area (approx 9600 sqft) for epoxy finish application.
**Subcontractors only, No General Contractors please!**
Please contact Junaid for pictures and details.
Thanks,
Junaid
