There are 4 rooms which require flooring in the upstairs of our home.
Total square footage between all for 4 rooms is approximately 600 sq.ft., including closet space.
This will go over the old existing hardwood, and match up to the hallway (already has newer hardwood overtop of the old stuff).
If doing carpet, its possible to use an underpad and pile height to make up the difference.
Included in this project would be approximately 250 linear feet of trim to be installed. this would be to remove the existing baseboard, and replace with new trim. giving a uniform look across all rooms.
We are looking for a reasonable pricing for flooring all 4 rooms. We assume that carpet would be the lower cost alternative. We will most likely select some basic neutral colour.
When giving an online estimate, please give a baseline range of cost based on the material suggested ... or if in person quote is required for a complete estimate.

Hi. I have laminate flooring and underlay that I need laid in my family room and office, plus 1/2 flight of stairs. I believe the total area is about 400 ft2 +/- 100 ft2. The floor is prepped (down to the subfloor). I don't need baseboard added after. I would like this done as soon as possible.
Small one bedroom, seniors' condo. Carpet to be replaced with laminate flooring. Approx. 385 square feet. with 3 door thresholds. Would like a quote that includes the whole package (i.e. purchasing the underlay/flooring/labour from a contractor), versus purchasing the flooring separately and just paying for labour.
We have about 1000 feet of laminate to install in a main floor Bungalow. We have completed one of three bedrooms but need the other two, a hallway, all closets and the living room completed. We have no problem completing the work, but are looking to outsource to get the job completed in a more timely fashion.
