Hi I am hoping that I could get a quote done on April 4 for work on our Crystal Beach/Fort Erie house.
We want to move a closet that has a washer/dryer and tankless water heater in it, we want to build an outdoor shower and we want to build a fence/gate across an approximately 13 foot span.
We have a few other minor jobs, but those are the bigger ones. Ideally we'd get this done in early-mid April.
Thanks!
The kitchen is about 12 x 12 and we would like to have a new counter top and sink and if price permitting new cabinets.
The bathroom needs a new tub and surround, new flooring. We would like to replace the tub with a stand up shower.
We need repairs to our roof on the sun room and repairs to the inside ceiling from water leaks.
I have a 12 foot length x 8 foot high concrete block section of a garage that needs to be repared.
Existing Mason wall is dismantled and taken away
Foundation is worked on to give the proper frost protection (this must be done by hand, the wall butts up against a fence and uou can't get a mchine in there)
upright rebar is installed on new foundation
10 inch blocks to be laid with steel reinforcement (horizontal & Vertical)
The building is over 100 years old and my goal is to save the structure
I lack details of what I would like to have done,
Kitchen due over
Basement toilet taken out and done over. Modernize a portion of basement.
Arch way...to have French doors installed.
Painting installation of 5 iinch wide crown moulding
Remove garbage there are some other jobs need doing,
ALL DEPENDS ON COST ON A FIXED INCOME
Good Morning
We are looking for someone to replace the sill plate in one corner of our home. There is more work to be done but this is the most pressing and apparently the most difficult to find a contractor to do it. If this is within your scope of work we can forward our site letter from the engineer detailing his recommendations. Please let us know if you are able to come and speak with us about a quote. We are in Ft. Erie
Thank you for your time
Looking for a contractor to assist in design ideas for a 56 year old home that need some serious upgrading. We are planning on removing a wall or 2, and changing the layout of the main floor of the home. The main floor is about 1000 sq. ft. We also want to add a new bathroom. There is alot of wasted space and we want to maximize what we have to work with. There will be electrical to upgrade, windows, insulation drywall...just about all of it. We look forward to speaking with a few contractors and receiving their bids.\
