Design and renovate. The basement is was finished with a very dark wall panel material ( from the 70's? ).
It's been painted a dark burgandy. The floor has a meidum/dark browm carpet and the ceiling tiles have been removed so the ceiling beamd are visable. IT also has a dilapidated wet bar. This room is about 22' x 15'.
It also has a large furnace room area which has concrete and block walls and a concrete floor. Its about 22' x 9'. We want to devide it and relocate thelaundry room to that location.
Off the furnace room there is a cool room about 22' x 5'.
As well, off the larger room there is a room about 12' x 10' which has a small two peice wash room in one corner. This room also contains the laundry area and has a concrete floor.

I have an approx 20 x 24 foot garage loft that is unfinished right now. I'm looking to renovate it to a liveable space. I would like a 3 piece bath installed and a wet bar. The roof needs to be raised up at least 4 inches and insulated. Windows, possibly a balcony. Radiant heat flooring so no duct work needed.
I am looking for quotes on making my main floor open concept, knocking down a couple walls, putting in 2 pillars. Then I would also like to have my flooring re-done, rip up ceramic tile and put down laminate. The main floor is roughly about 400 sq ft.

Secure the basement barn doors and reinstall the door at the bottom of the stairs

Ceiling needs to be parged – there was a leak some time ago. Install new fan. Install new tub and surround or re-glaze tub. Install new vanity with proper plumbing. New 4.5 L power flush toilet.
