I would like to add 200 square feet off the back of my house which would extend into my back yard. The back wall of the house will need to be opened for this room. This addition should include a rough in for a 2 piece bathroom and support a 2nd story deck. The back of the addition will have a 6ft patio door installed to allow access to the back yard.
The house is about 80 years old and is double brick construction. The addition can be made of wood with siding or stucco depending on the costs. These additions are very common in this neighbourhood so I don't foresee any major issues.

My home is located in downtown Hamilton. It was build in 1890 and has had two additions built to it since that time. The "newest" addition is likely 30 year old and in need of removal and rebuild.
