The house is 130 years old. I have ripped out the very badly made vinyl frames from the two front windows and foamed it between the brick and widow edge. Need someone to "cap" or build a new frames around the windows. You can see the picture of what it looks like right now. There are two windows.
Also, had storm door and took that out and would like to get a new nice door frame around the exising door. I have included a picture of the front of the house. Also pls see the additional picture of what I am looking for more or less to have done to the door frame and window frame...this is only for an insipiration and does not have to be exact.

I need a window installed on garage wall. Currently there is no window on the wall.
The two pictures show the outside and the backside of the wall. The outside wall picture shows roughly where the window needs to be installed (see white box).
I have yet to select the window. Please quote me labor cost. If you have window options please provide.
This project is the installation of 1 pre-hung interior door. Door leads to the basement so on one side you'll be working on the stairs.
I have the door I just need someone to do it. Fair warning - I already tried to do it myself and trimmed about 1/2" off both legs.
I'm willing to pay $125 for someone who has experience with pre-hung doors. If you have experience this should take you less than an hour. My preference is to deal with contractors who have at least 5 positive reivews on this site.
We need a glass counter top for a machine that we have.
The machine length is roughly 9feet by 5 feet wide. Would prefer this long glass to be split in 2.
We also need another glass piece for a 4'x8' table.
We are in the print industry so we need glass table that sits on top of our machine table and another one on top of a simple 4'x8' table that we made out of wood sheet.
Email us and we will send you the machine diagram to put the glass on top.
We are first owners of a 7 year home in Markham and have experienced leaking in the front bay window of our home for about the past 4 years (total of about 6 times). The leak only happens when we experience really strong rainfall. The water leaks from the area where we have hung our horizontal blinds (not sure if it is called the bulk head). We have not fixed it as the leak is not really bad but have put it off for too long as well since it could get worse.
Would you please provide us with what the work would entail to check the damage and fix it and the approximate cost?
The exterior wooden trim for the glass sliding door that open to the back yard is decayed and need to be replaced. The house is in Markham- major intersection McCowan and Major McKenzie. Looking for a reliable contractor that can give me an estimate and get the work done. Looking to get it completed in a week time from now.
I currently have 2 windows in my basement. Both windows are extremely small (approx 24" wide x 12" high). Both windows are also a fair bit above grade. I'd estimate that there is enough room above grade to install windows that are approx 30" high. I'm looking for someone to replace the existing windows by cutting a new hole (larger) in my foundation (poured concrete) and install larger windows in place of the ones that are there now. The basement is unfinished with good access to both windows. The windows have limited access from the outside of the house, as there is a wood deck in the way. The ideal solution would be if the cutting could be performed from inside the basement. Partial dismantling of the deck could be performed if required.
If the deck needs to be dismantled, we could agree if the work would be done by the homeowner or contractor. Additionally, the price for the window is to be determined. I'm looking for a quote to perform the work only, excluding the cost of the window. (ie. cut the foundation and install the window). Not sure i the size of the window is important for the quote. If so, assume the new window will be 30" x 30".
I'm looking to have a few windows replaced, I need them done on the first floor as well just needs to be done in stages.
