Hello,
Bubbling basement toilet/occasionally showers back up after some time.
A 4' section of piping close (partially underneath the front porch) to the house has settled down lower than the piping leading to the city.
We do already have a sump pump installed.
Thank you so much.
When we run the faucet in the kitchen, there is a small drip happening underneath almost directly underneath the taps.
We aren't underwater, this isn't an emergency, but I'd like to get this repaired quickly.
UPDATE:
the taps are indeed leaking.
There are pictures attached now.
Hi, how much would it cost (ballpark) to install a sprinkler system in my furnace room. I need a certified plumber to perform this job. It's part of getting fire separation between two units in a residential house. I suspect 2 or 3 sprinkler heads would be required for the size of the room.
Tiling is the most important, but someone who can do the tiling and plumbing would be helpful.
Here's what I require in my smallish living space:
-tile kitchen floor - 35 sf
-tile kitchen backsplash - 30 sf
-tile washroom floor - 35 sf
-install new washroom pedestal sink and faucet
-install new washroom medicine cabinet
-paint 60 sf of existing washroom ceramic wall tiles
I already have all supplies (tiles, spacers, grout). I only require a tiler with own tools and cutter to do the installation.
I've replaced the counter tops in my kitchen to Granite and installed an undermount sink. I need to replace the sink baskets and ABS piping underneath the sink to tie in with the wall drain and the two sinks. Thi includes the p-trap and all other piping. The old piping is Black ABS piping and connect to a copper 1 1/2 pipe in the wall.
can someone help me with this? And how much would this cost me, roughly?
thanks
Jerry
Relocate the water meter to the cold room.
After rebuilding the cold room wider, the water main pipe is now coming trough the floor of the cold room, traverses exposed the cold room, before crossing trough the basement wall.
I want to transform the cold room, in the future, in a laundry room, so I need to relocate the on the main pipe, in the cold room.
