Hi,
My husband and I are looking to have our bathroom renovated. It is a fairly small space, not looking to have any plumbing, electrical or duct work moved, just a facelift I.e. new tub, toilet, vanity, tile and coat of paint.
Our main floor is currently under renovation.
What are your timelines like for project start dates?
Let me know when you can come by to take a look at the space and provide us with a quote.
Thank you!
Sandy
We will be renovating our entire upper floor. We plan to start with the Ensuite bath (which is small).
We have started some demo. We have a new vanity to go in; we want a new shower installed (not yet purchased) and will require tiling completed as well as the installation of a moisture activated fan. We plan to re-use the toilet which was recently replaced.
If all goes well with this project, we are hoping to use the same contractor for the rest of the upper floor.
I have a very small bathroom that currently contains a bathtub, toilet and sink. Although the bathroom is small, I am looking to remove the tub and install a stand up shower and maybe a pedestal sink to create more space.
This is not a large job so I am hoping that a credible team would be willing to take it on.
Remove bathtub and replace with walk in shower, remove and replace toilet and vanity (already purchased) redo floor which is currently marble tile, would like to have floor and shower floor same tile.Tile walls around shower and add glass partition for shower.Room is 6ft 6in wide and 7 ft.long.Home owner.
Tub removal to be replaced by pre-formed walk in shower with seat, replace toilet with raised height elongated bowl, new shower taps and head, new ceramic floor tile, corner round, replace drywall on all walls not ceiling, new quiet ceiling fan. No change of plumbing or fixture locations.
Looking for a quote for an en-suite rennovation located in Stoney Creek area. We currently have a large corner bath and enclosed shower that we would like ripped out. A walk in glass enclosed shower re-located where the bath currently sits, and a double sink counter with storage fitted with new floor/wall tiles.
I have a house that is 18 years old. I want to renovate the master bathroom. It's three pieces, Vanity, Toilet and built in shower.
All fixtures are staying in their respective location. I would like to have a glass surround shower stall. Two walls would be tiles and two would be glass. Shower stall is aprox 48" x 48". A toilet and vanity would be replaced as well as adding additional lighting to the room.
I would like to redo all the floor tile and add in floor heating. The room is not large 7' X 10'.
Replace old undermount sink with new over the counter style sink and faucet. Already have the new sink and faucet, just need the install done. Will require small amount of plumbing work to reposition the drain as new sink drain is on the side. New sink should be large enough to fit over the existing opening.
Here is a picture of the new sink to get an idea of the drainclick here
The bathroom will be gutted and most of the items are already purchased. We need someone to finish the bathroom renovation (install tub, toilet, drywall, plumbing, vanity and tiles - painting and other small fixtures we can do). We would like this project completed in one week in November as the bathroom is not a large one and we will be available.
It is a 60 year old house however the plumbing is newer but the electrical may need new wiring.Existing toilet is new but pink tub must go.Last renovation was 12 years ago and we are ready for a total gut. new tile, new pedastal sink(large enough to accomadate large family)cabinets on wall to replace 6x5 foot mirror.New BAthroom door with working hinges.
Hello. I would like an estimate to build the kitchen and washroom in my basement (already finished) in Stoney Creek area. Usually I am available for the visit on all the evenings and anytime on weekends. Texting will be best way to communicate as well during office hours.
Thank you for your time!
We own our home and have a small full bathroom (approx. 7' X 9') that needs a full update. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower (walls & ceiling are currently tiled), toilet, vanity, and vent fan which all needs to be replaced. There is a tile floor, which is also quite dated, and will need to be updated as well.
We are open to going with a 3 piece tub or tile surround again, and for the floor, it could either be tiles or some other bathroom flooring.
I don't need a contractor who is a electrician, as I have options for doing the electrical.
Hoping to get it done toward the end of January.
We have a master bathroom that has a wheelchair accessible shower. We would like to make the current a double shower, add in more ventalation and update the vanity and toliet. We would also like to build some shelving.
We are currently working with a designer friend and are interested in finding our own supplies or searching through a suppliers that you deal with.
Looking at redoing our bathroom in our bedroom...it has a stand up shower, toilet and sink about 40 square feet. Budget 3500
Does not have a fan and would like to have one ..ceramics on floor and in shower.we will supply our own material
Looking for a free evaluation! Live in Stoney Creek
thanks
Steve
Corner shower with glass enclosure with tile walls.
Appears to be evidence of mold coming through grout and where baseboards meet shower base. Would like someone to come assess and provide recommendations. Glass enclosure is in great shape and needs to be retained. We are hopeful the tiles can be retained as they match the floor tiles but if they all have to come down to fix properly then so be it. There's an adjacent closet that can be cut through to investigate.
1 ensuite shower stall replaced, 1 basement bathroom shower stall replaced, 1 kitchen installed in a basement/in-law suite.
The ensuite shower (corner stall) base leaks and needs to be repaired and replaced.
The basement/in-law suite bathroom shower stall (corner) needs to be replaced and drywall repaired and painted.
Kitchen sink plumber is required in the basement/in-law suite. Kitchen counter and cabinets installed, a portion of wall dry walled and painted and flooring installed.
Tear out old master bath and walk in closet, move attic access, redesign new space to include soaker tub, stand up shower, double vanity and lots of storage, close off old door, tile, lighting etc.
This will include reconfigure of plumbing, electrical, help with permits needed and inspections.
We will source out the fixtures we want.
- Master bathroom shower on upper floor is leaking water onto main floor below when showering and we need a permanent long lasting fix to it.
- Gut shower, cut out section of ceiling where leak was observed, safely replace all moldy wood (avoid spreading mold around the house, dad and kids have allergies), replace shower head and handle, and remove lower shower faucet, install schluter system for walls and base including any backing or materials required to tile shower wall and base, tile shower walls and floor, install new shower glass door and sides (or refinish existing glass door and sides if possible), fill shower with water and/or run tests confirm no water is leaking, repaint bathroom
- Replace damaged ceiling section beneath shower on main floor and repaint to match existing ceiling (existing ceiling sanded drywall that is painted white - not popcorn).
We have purchased a new corner shower unit, it has a base, walls and glass door. I am looking for someone to remove the old shower unit that is currently a fiberglass base and glass door with a title wall. I am not sure if the plastic walls that come with new shower can be installed over the existing tile. We are replacing the unit due to leaking. We have a very limited budget.
My husband and I have been noticing the grout in some areas of our master shower appear to be cracking and in need of repair. The shower stall is completley tiled and is apprxomitmately 4.5 feet long, 3.5 feet wide and 8 feet tall. The main areas that need repair are the first row of tiles from the floor.
We would like someone to have someone take a look and provide a quote for cleaning, re-grouting (as necessary) and sealing our shower. Our timeline is flexible but we would like to make sure that we get it looked at to ensure there is no potential for water damage. Please contact me if you are interested in this project.
