We had a little overflow incident in the bathroom above the laundry room with resulted in a 2 x6 ft (approx) hole in the laundry room ceiling. We had a very reasonable quote and work started right away. Within 10 days from the initial incident, you couldn't see that there had ever been any damage. Will call again when ever we do renovations, intentionally or not.
