I have posted a project at Trusted Pros and I end up hiring these guys. They insisted to get a deposit for material and they stated that they buy material right away. I gave them a unsigned cheque for 6510$ under their name and I promised them as soon as I see they ordered material I will sign the cheque. After they got 6510$ They started ignoring my calls . Since then I called David more than 50 times but he ignored my calls. I search his business address but they were not even exist. that is why I believe they should be questioned by Trusted Pros to see why they put fake address on the profile. After many calls to David he send someone at 1pm to start digging and he worked hard until 6 pm. The next day no-one showed up and when I called them many time David texted me that he will sue me because his employee got injured in my house. We have open a legal case at Port coquitlam provincial court to make them pay back the money.

Dave is professional and thoughtful. I felt so comfortable to have him taking care of the renovation of my house.

My previous contractor left me unsatisfied and unfinished work which was a big headache for me. Dave efficiently rectified previous problems and completed the project to my satisfactory.

During the process, I also learned a lot of knowledge about renovation from Dave. Actually, he is the kind of person you'd like to make friends with.

I found Craftmaster Builders & Developments Inc on TrustedPros when I was looking for someone to install baseboard, casing and doors in my recently renovated condo. David, the owner of the company, went above and beyond on several occasions to pick up additional materials and proved to be an exceptional problem solver. He brought his many years of experience and knowledge to the project and was very clear about what needed to be done, how long it would take, and what the expected costs would be.

David is a good communicator and priced extremely fairly for the excellent quality work that he does. I do not hesitate to recommend his work.

I contacted a few companies leaving messages to get some quotes, David came back to me very quickly and came that same week to do the work as he had an opening in his calendar! He was on time, his work was excellent and he left the place very neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend.

If you are looking through the reviews on this site just so you could identify a contractor that you can trust and be comfortable with, then look no further. Give him a call, he would come to your place, assess your need, explain his approach, provide a quote and the best part is: exert no pressure on you to proceed.

I had him to come and evaluate a couple of physical damages around the house prior to putting the house up for sale. He walked us through and was able to point things out that our untrained eyes could not see. He sought to determine the cause so that the issue is solved once and for all. Works that we got him to do ultimately include some painting, door trim repair, bath exhaust fans and hood fixing, floor-board replacement, ceramic tile reattachment and re-grouting, chair rail re-installation, drywall crack repair, interior and exterior caulking to fill holes and cracks, and pipe re-repair that was previously haphazardly done by the contractor who built the house. Chair rail reinstallation, drywall crack repair and ceramic tile reattachment were actually not in the original list of works but he gladly accommodated our request and fixed it without additional charges. In the end, all the issues were solved to our satisfaction.

We had laminated flooring installed and it was completed quickly and efficiently. The end result was amazing. He did an awesome job and we highly recommend him.

Dave's work was very professional and thorough. Also, he was very friendly and punctual and gave us a fair price for the work.

Mr David did our condo in Vancouver, wonderful job on our kitchen and bath reno , the flooring is great very nice work and honest crew he has.
