Lin's Renovation

Lin was honestly a hero to us. We hired him after our contractor was unable to complete their work after months of broken promises and never showing up when they said they would.

Lin was at our home every morning, always smiling and positive. He would get there before our old contractors and leave long after they left. He was also very respectful in our home as we were both working from home during the renovations.

He finished all 3 big jobs beautifully in one week, when our old contractors couldn’t even finish a powder room. Although efficient, Lin’s work is meticulous. He even came out to help us a week later when we had an emergency leak.

He is so reliable. We were so impressed and would recommend him to anyone. You will not be disappointed in calling him!

Lin will work extra hard to meet your renovation needs! He is multi-talented; for us he did a complete basement renovation including a kitchen installation. He offered good suggestions and helped us save money where we could along the way. He also finished our popcorn style high vaulted ceilings and helped us achieve our goal of turning our loft into a master bedroom. This included doing drywall and painting, putting up doors and fixtures. He is honest and hard-working and does what he says he is going to do. We recommend Lin for all your renovation needs!

Lin did a great job with installing our laminate/hardwood flooring and painting our walls within the agreed timeline and he gave us a very reasonable quote. He was very meticulous with his work and left the workspace clean after the project. Lin was also extremely polite, friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Excellent workmanship!!! He removed all the basement wood panel, flooring, cast iron pipe with new wall framing, drywall, added a new washroom. He makes great suggestions as it goes and willing to accommodate my changes. He coordinated with spray form for the insulation, and worked with Heat & Cooling Company to install the Gas Furnace/AC and duct work. He makes himself available for all the major coordination work like washroom granite counter-tops, he connects/disconnects the water pipe, facet and drain at the time of granite/sink install. I would highly recommended Mike to my friends and other home owners, and I know who to call on my kitchen remodelling in near future.
