Novawest (Jenn and Trevor) are amazing! They are friendly, flexible, and really open to doing as much or as little as you want without pressuring you to go over budget. We were looking for fairly straightforward (boring) updates to our kitchen, and Jenn was an awesome help to give us her design ideas and have us open our minds to do something more interesting and unique! We had a prior experience with cheap contractors who dropped off the face of the earth where there were issues, but even now we are still in contact with Novawest (and often run into them around town as they are local to New West as well!)

They worked with our availability for getting out of the house when required or when working from home during the renos (which was super smooth!) and overall I just felt this was a great experience. Additionally Trevor and the contractors they work with were extremely respectful of our building and we didn't get a single grumpy neighbour or strata council member after us! We would definitely have them back in for any other renovation work we need done and gladly recommend them to our friends!

I used NovaWest for my kitchen renovation and I was completely happy with the outstanding quality of the work and how easy it was to work with Jenn and Trevor. I appreciated that they listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, and even brought flooring samples right to my home. The project was on time and on budget, which was fantastic! Of course there were a few glitches along the way, such as when the cabinet makers measured the space for the cabinets above the sink incorrectly. But Jenn and Trevor worked around that and eventually the correct cabinets arrived. Friends who saw my finished kitchen were awed with how great it looked. I'd definitely recommend them!

Great company. Very hands on and flexible. They did not force us to take a product just because it was easily available. They would move heaven and earth to find exactly what we were looking for and install it exactly the way we wanted it installed. Very friendly couple, very patient and also honest. They also set our expectation on how the renos were going to impact our lives.

We had a water leak in the kitchen resulting in renovating the whole space. Trevor & Jenn took our kitchen to another level, removing a dividing wall and allowing for open floor concept into the main living area. Custom made cabinets, a huge pantry and an Island you could only wish for made our home feel brand new.

The attention to detail, the extra finishes throughout the house and the care put in to working around our young family’s needs made this project seem less, on time and on budget. NovaWest accomplished our dream space and we hope to use them in the future for both our bathrooms.

We engaged NovaWest Property Services to do a full renovation of a 70s era concrete condominium. Two bathrooms were completely gutted (down to concrete walls), kitchen was demolished and another wall separating kitchen from living room was also demoed to make an open space. NovaWest was instrumental in making sure the entire renovation went well from start to end, including ensuring all proper permits were obtained, asbestos was tested for and removed correctly, and all kitchen and bathroom hardware, tiling and new flooring was installed well.

A testament to their work is that two+ years later we have found no deficiencies (my father has been in construction for 50 yrs, so I know what to look for), and everything has held up even better than expected!

Took a 1980s kitchen to a 2000’s kitchen. Was great at suggesting colours, counter tops and flooring. Great quality and well within budget. Cleaned up everyday before leaving. Always made sure I could still use kitchen during Reno’s.

Did a few extra touches that I had never thought of. I’m wanting to do the bathrooms next and will definitely use them again.

NovaWest Property Services was amazing to work with - they are on time with all their deliverables and schedules, search for the best quotes and offer their own recommendation and advice. They oversee the entire project and completed our renovation very seamlessly. The renovation was completed in a timely manner and was well executed in terms of quality and the service provided by NovaWest. We will definitely be working with them in the future on any renovation we may need.

We thought we could do all the work ourselves; we’re handy enough. But trusting our home to real professionals was the best decision we made: They exceeded all our expectations and the end result is something we look at and love every single day.
