Ramzi and his coworker did a wonderful job renovating my basement. They worked with me on designs, material selection and finish options. Installation was perfect. I trusted them with my home as I'm often away for work. Ramzi was keeping me updated with videos of the workprogress. I was happy to see the basement finally renovated.

I called Practical Solutions to have them renovate the basement of a property I purchased in London. They did a great job. Communication was great from the beginning. It took four weeks to get all major decisions finalized and the renovation work was completed in seven weeks. The quality of work was excellent, and I'm satisfied with the results.

Ramzi worked on our basement for six weeks. He designed the layout, helped us select materials, installed walls, laminate flooring, tile, doors and trimm. He is hard working and kept us informed about what was being done and always followes through with what he said. He offered good advice and kept the project on budget. We love our finished basement.

I'm happy with the finished work. Everything was done according to the floor plan he gave us at the beginning. Ramzi came back a week later to install the flat screen tv on the wall and the blinds and he didn't charge for the extra work.

Throughout the renovation, Ramzi communicated well with me and offered recommendations on care and maintennce issues. Overall, everything went very well.

Ramzi and his crew painted my condo when I moved in. He did a good job at a reasonable price. He included repairing the drywall and recharging the pictures and replacing three outlet cover plates. He also helped me pick a colour scheme and recommended stylist fav choices. They finished on time without any issues. Professional and friendly.

The work was a basement renovation that included merging two rooms into one big bedroom, adding an ensuite bathroom, and building a laundry room. The work was completed one day early (agreed on 21 days and finished in 20 days). We recommend Practical Solutions to our friends. What impressed me the most is the work ethics; they worked every day until the job was done. There was a six-month warranty with the work. They came one week after the work was completed to do a minor adjustment to one of the doors. They also fixed a couple of other things around the house and didn't charge me for it. I'm very happy with this company.
