Boky and his crew were excellent. He was very clear in his communication and delivered on all the things he stated he would do in my e-mails with him.

His crew performed a bathroom tile installation at my condo in a timely manner and were very neat while performing the work. They were very professional throughout the installation and kept the mess to a minimum and even helped tidy everything up afterwards. The work was done on time and on budget and I was very happy with the rate I was given and the job performed. Would gladly recommend Pyramid Flooring to friends.

Boky and his men were friendly and professional. They arrived on time, communicated all questions and concerns, and made sure to keep us in the loop while the work was being done. They were flexible with our schedule and reliable with instructions. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house respectfully when they were finished. The work they did was very well done and the tiling looks great! I would definitely recommend them.

The tiler, Bojan Jajalo (Boky) gave a quote (and we accepted) to tile around the fireplace. First off, he broke several 40 x 40 inch tiles of which cost $19/sq.ft. I had to drive to Ames to purchase additional tile. When I came back he used the broken tile.

Ames will not refund the additional purchased tile. Second, he used a plastic trim around the fireplace of which we did not see prior. We used the fireplace and of course the plastic melted. On his contract, he indicated "if any adjustments are needed, it will be free of charge". When I called him he initially stated that he would fix it. However, he texted me back that he will not be coming back to fix his work. Thus, he will not honour his contract.

This is the first time and last time I will be using "trustedpros" Not too professional and not too trusted.

We called the top renovators for Vancouver listed on Trusted Pros for estimates, We recently purchased our home and wanted to renovate prior to renting it out and Boky came by to give an estimate. we went with him because we could tell he was confident and well knowledged. We hired him shortly after for the renovation of our 2 level house. We renovated all three bathrooms and kitchen for below suite and upstairs. We did new tiling, kitchen cabinets a full renovation of the lighting in the living room and kitchen as well. We changed all our tubs and sinks, we cannot say enough good things about our experience. The cabinet guy Joe gave us many good options for the kitchen cabinets and different looks we could go with, made us feel very comfterable asking questions. Boky did a great job with the brand new marble tiles in our kitchen and the flooring in the living room. We are more than happy with the renovation. It was suppose to take 2 months but they completed and cleaned 8 days prior to the end of the month and we ended up being able to rent it out right away on the 1st. We are SO happy with choosing them, and would highly reccommend them to anyone! Great and open communication, and always availble to talk and explain any questions we had.

Boky and his team did an excellent job tiling our tub surround and kitchen and bathroom floors. When some unexpected extra work was needed, he immediately stepped up to keep the project on track. The team was very courteous and polite and got the job done quickly and on budget. We would definitely recommend Pyramid Flooring to others!

I contacted Boky from Pyramid flooring and wanted to get my bathroom renovated. He was quick with the quote and came to work all prepared. It was easy communication with Boky, he knew exactly what we wanted to be done. He was respectful and reliable. Boky provided all the material and everything was on time. He cleaned up before leaving. We were very happy and will contact him for further renovations in the future.

Boky at Pyramid did a great job on our small bathroom. We did a total renovation and had Boky tile the shower using the Schluter system and also the floor. He had good recommendations on how running the floor tiles into the shower would look better and he was right. He does detailed work and gives great customer service. We recommend him to anyone needing tiling and will definitely use his services again.

The tiling job was done excellent and the contractor was coming at agreed time. It was a great pleasure to have Bojan as a contractor.

From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, Boky and his crew were absolute professionals. They showed up on time, sent photos of their progress, finished ahead of schedule and on budget. The crew worked around our schedule (weekends, holiday) and within the constraints of our strata bylaws. The quality of the finishing is superb, especially considering what other installers quoted in their estimates. Right from the beginning I had a good feeling about Pyramid Flooring and I would, without a doubt, hire them for any future work.

It was my first reno in my condo and Boky made me feel at ease due to his workmanship and strong work ethic (also present in the subcontractors that he chose to work with). Boky works fast, the demolition was done in hours; he answered my many questions as the job progressed; and accommodated my request to keep my old toilet in working order in my only bathroom until the new toilet was ready to be installed. Boky also adjusted his schedule to accommodate ceiling repairs by my strata’s drywallers (to repair damage from an earlier water leak from old piping above me).

While I purchased the necessary major pieces for the bathroom and flooring reno and had them delivered, Boky kindly picked up the heavy new wall tile for me, and he bought other items needed during the reno so no time was lost and my reno was finished quickly. He installed the very difficult shower doors I purchased that had poor instructions, taking the time to measure twice and ensure the shower doors were properly installed. After the reno was completed, he returned at my request twice to do some minor caulking (Boky is a caulking master) and minor adjustments. Honestly, I had a lot of fun during this reno. I highly recommend Boky as a reliable contractor whom you can trust. I look forward to hiring him again.

We can't say enough good things about Bojan and his team! Quick response time, courteous, efficient and reasonably priced, we are so happy with his work and the end results. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to family and friends.

We were looking for someone to install our kitchen backsplash. We had the measurements and a rough idea of what needed to be done. We spoke to multiple contractors but chose Boky for the following reasons:

1. He was prompt to reply to my query and was not pushy.

2. He sent his Insurance papers on time and was very patient with my multitude of questions. He gave us the exact number of tiles and amount of grout needed.

3. He was eager to start and finish the work in a day and accommodated his time to suit my schedule.

4. He is meticulous in his work. The tiles were perfectly cut and installed around the electrical sockets. He also gave us design ideas and was very good at troubleshooting on the spot. He cleaned up the area after he was done and suggested ways to maintain and clean the tiles. He did not go over the quoted price despite some extra work.

5. He was very kind to help us dispose some of our other industrial waste (wood, metal bars etc)

6. He also quick fixed a broken piece in our floor.

7. His dog Bobi is the kindest, sweetest and most adorable dog on the planet.

I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional tile installation service.

After an unfortunate water damage incident, we needed someone to redo our flooring quickly before our baby was born. Pyramid was the only contractor we talked to who could meet the timeline. They came and finished the work on time and on budget, and they did a high quality job. There were no squeaks, "bubbles", poorly aligned planks, or other often seen errors when it comes to laminate flooring. The job was done to our highest expectations and our apartment was back in shape by the time baby came. Further, they were respectful and an all-around pleasure to deal with.

My condo was in need of a major facelift and I was on a budget. Bojan consulted with me and offered his recommendations to achieve the look I desired.

He removed old peeling linoleum flooring and installed floor tiles in my kitchen, entry way and 2 bathrooms. He also installed kitchen back splash tiles and renovated my old fireplace with beautiful tiles. The floor and wall tiles were installed and cut perfectly. The results were night and day difference. The fireplace was restored to a modern look and kitchen backsplash opened the space up.

The skill and craftsmanship is evident and I couldn't be happier with the results and experience. They even spent additional time offering advice and assistance with small projects I was doing on my own. I will be a customer for life and recommend them to everyone for their projects big or small.

I was looking for a Tiler a couple of weeks ago and many contractors were busy with their projects and would quote me a ridiculous amount for a small kitchen backsplash job. Pyramid Flooring was quick to reply within the hour and gave me a great quote the same day. Bojan was able to squeeze me in between his projects and completed it in 1.5 days. He was very friendly, punctual, and always replied my messages in a timely fashion. He would offer his opinion on a few aspects of the backsplash, but would always leave it up to me for the final decision. The kitchen looks great and I would definitely recommend him for any tiling jobs (big or small).

I worked with Bojan on a small project (tile replacement) and I was very happy with the work so I asked him to help me with another one, replacing old laminate with new one. The results were just as great as the previous work as well as the fair and detailed pricing and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

All my previous projects were done with referred contractors however on this busy market everyone was booked for months. I tried my luck in here and Bojan responded very fast and prompt, with estimates and time frame. Still I was nervous to have a stranger come into my house and let him work alone. Pyramid Flooring came highly recommend by a coworker and it's owner Bojan. Bojan was very courteous and came in next day for an estimate. I was in a rush and needed floors installed quickly. Bojan gave me an estimated time when he can complete the work and he finished it as promised. He was cheaper than the rest of the people I called and I was little sceptical but once the work was completed I was more than happy with work!!!!
