Concrete floor for RV Garage

Hi;

What would you recommend for the concrete slab floor for an RV/car combination Garage? The RV weighs in excess of 26,000 lbs. I've received advice as to thickness (at least 6") and the use of both Fiber and Rebar. Is there a recommended MPA pertaining to anticipated weight/traffic?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Wayne

Only use rebar,. NO fiber. # 4 bar ( 1/2" )

You should be fine with 8" squares and

maintain approx. 1 1/2" off your packed stone. Place the steel on bricks or stones. Your concrete finisher will know the level

of MPA based on your use.

Good luck

Hi wayne,

I would recommend using concrete at 35mpa with 5-8% air. Thickness is right and rebar placed 2ft on centre.
