I normally don't give ballparks since there is too many variables. On a basic build 20 ft by 40 ft addition with a basement vaulted ceilings approximate cost would be $200,000 complete finish

Hello

Before having a complete drawing with the details, is almost impossible to price a large construction.

There are many factors which effect the price. Such as location of the house for excavation, hight of basement, type of material and so on.

It won't be less than $300 per s/f for standard finish. Upgraded material will cost more.
