I have a granite counter and an undermount sink. Can the sink be replaced?

Yes the sink can be replaced. It is usually just siliconed underneath with wedges that hold it in place to create a water tight seal. Not sure what type of sink you have be it stainless steel or ceramic under mount but both can be replaced. Kitchen or basin bathroom.

It costs a little more as it is under mount as opposed to top mount. Cost really depends on the type of sink you choose to go with .

Yes, that said I would charge hourly for such a task. These sinks usually ARE NOT siliconed. They are actually epoxy glued in place. This makes them impossible to remove with just a knife.

Oscilating tool is usually the best for cutting the epoxy.

Yes, without question it can be replaced. Have qualified contractor do it for you. The epoxy must be removed carefully near the point where the sink mats the countertop.

yes, that can be replaced . it might be hard to removed but it's doable..

Make sure that the surface probably cleaned before installing the new sink
