Mortar on brick?
Horizontal mortar joints are not consistent with vertical mortar joints?

There are a few things but the biggest issue is at the corner the bricks don't tie into each other. The corner joint goes virtually straight up and this isn't how it should be bonded out. Mortar on brick work can be cleaned off but there isn't a quick easy fix for how the corner was actually laid.
