Popcorn ceiling removed with new kitchen cabinets already put in

Hi Paula. This is not a problem for you it's just a little harder for the knockdown guy. Unfortunately and Renovations it's nice to do everything first and sometimes we don't it's not a big problem at all for them to do it after the cabinets are installed just make sure they tape everything up good

It depends.

How high are the upper cabinets? If they go to the ceiling then it will have to be removed from the wall.

Has the popcorn been painted before? If not, it will scrape off easy.

Hi Paula,

as long as all cabinets and everything else is covered. removing popcorn ceiling is quite fast and effortless if done the right way. in a renovation scenario, this should of been done first as there will now be a big cleanup.
