What is the cost to knock down a wall?

Depends on size of walls if theres any electrical/plumbing that needs to be repositioned. A trip or 2 to the dump will be required. Once demo is complete time to drywall and seal up the sections mud/tape/paint. Rough estimate $800-$1200

All depends on size of room required, size of walls, can't estimate with out looking at project. Impossible.

Hi concerning removing your wall in between you two existing bedrooms would approximately be $1,000 to remove all waste and clean. However it does not include any mechanical work such as electrical ducting HVAC or Plumbing, once the wall is removed you will need to patch the ceiling with drywall as well as the floor. It's not just removing the walls.....There is some other work would be involved such as repair the ceiling and would be a bit harder if it's a stucco ceiling, electrical, walls, floors, painting, might be HVAC.....etc

That would say a couple of thousands

It depends if it's a bearing or non nearing wall. If removed does it affect outer wall, vapor barrier, is new drywall patches required where the framing will be removed? The take down of a non bearing wall should only take 1/2 day to a day depending on length/height of wall.

There will be costs for dumping ,fuel usage and time for dumping in quote.

I would say in Manitoba here

Approximately 800 to 1200$
