Cost to build a 2 story addition?

How much would it cost (ballpark of course) to build a 2 story addition with open concept kitchen, second floor master bath, cabinets, no basement, with mid quality fixtures. Approx 1,500 to 1,700 SF total space incl both floors?

Hi Marie,
Two Storey Addition at 1,600 Sqft would cost between $260,000 to $300,000.
Kitchen cabinets etc...as per your request.

Good Morning Marie,
I am assuming from your request that your addition would be about 8oo sq ft per floor. Assuming you put an allowance on your bathroom and kitchen of say $50K. Your cost to build would be under $200K.

Something about $ 150 to 200 per square foot.
