I have a load baring wall that separates my kitchen and dinning room. I would like to have a "window" cut out of it and a bar top place to make have a breakfast bar. I am looking at 5 ft by 4 ft. Does anyone has a rough idea on cost?

I suggest you call a local trusted Pro contractor in your area to get a firm quote. It's very hard to price something out without knowing all the finishes excetera excetera
