What is a ballpark estimate for a 17 x 24 master bedroom addition?

Hi there,

We at Clearwater construction. biz have successfully completed this exercise, on many different sites.

We only offer shell packages, and refer you to suppliers we have dealt with for finishings.

The basic price for a shell package, starts at $100 per sqft, finishings costs depends on your desires.

Price generally go down as sqft increases.

Hi Emmie,

I think the most accurate price you have received so far is in the 200.00 per square foot range. That is top quality finishing. Other factors that can effect the cost are what the structure is we would be adding the addition too. Is it a bungalow, or a two story that we would be building off of.

The access to get the equipment in and out for the excavation and pour of the foundation. What surfaces might be damaged during the process and what are the cost to refinish the lawns, gardens or driveway.

There are many details that effect the actual cost. I would really have to come out and see it.

200 per sq ft is a reasonable guestimate without knowing your specific details. Of the ones we have completed the price ranged from 189 to 300 per sq ft. It all depends on your specific details and circumstances.
