I would like to try and split a bathroom into two bathrooms. The manner in which the bathroom is set up, the vanity/sink is on one side and the toliet and bath tub is on the other side. The tub and the toleit is close off by a door. What i would like to do is split install a shower, sink and toliet where the current vanity area is. i have the supplies in place i need a plumer and perhaps an electrician to install a fan in the vanity area. really all i need is the labour portion of this project to be done. this house is only 1 years old. i need some one creative to perhaps come up with a plan that will help maximize the limited space. So what i really need is for some one to set up a drain for a toliet, a fan to be installed and some idea for either building a custom shower area.
Hello: I am looking for someone that can do some work on my father in laws condo. We need the following done:
:update the bathroom, new toilet and bathtub tiles along with new vanity/sink and flooring.
:update the kitchen, new cupboards, counter top, floor tiles.
:new carpeting throughout
:a wall put in where there are sliding doors (all interior)
:completely painted
:Bedroom closet doors replaced/upgraded
We are getting the place ready to sell.
Can I arrange to get an estimate on this project please?
The condo is only 780 square feet. I also need to know how this works. Do I pick our the products and you just install or you do it all?
Thanks

I have a >30 years old condo townhouse. I plan to upgrade the bathroom. The bathroom is ~8x5.
- Floor: not currently ceramic tile. I want to replace some of the underlayment around the toilet as moisture has sofened the surrounding area. Want to have all ceramic tiles on the floor.
-Walls: replace existing tiles with new, possibly with 24x24 size. Might want it done for all walls in the bathroom, not just the tub area.
- Fixtures: want to put in new tub, faucets, shower, sink, vanity, mirror, elongated toilet, and exhaust.
- A check of the existing pipes should be done, but I do not believe replacement is needed. Not expecting any of the drains to be moved.
I'm not sure how long such work takes, but I am looking to have it done in 1 week, starting early Aug.
Bathroom has not had anything done to it in 26 or more years other than new toilet. Suspect mold behind shower ceramics. We are looking at 2 options. Renovating existing bathroom, new everything or incorporating a powder room which backs onto the upstairs bathroom (make the power room and upstairs bathroom one single bathroom).
I am looking at converting a large linen closet in my master bathroom into a stackable laundry room. It is right next to the tub so plumbing etc is right there and available. Current size isn't an issue either. Power and exhaust fan are local, and running a 120V outlet shouldn't be too hard as it's currently 2 floors below in the exact same spot. New drywall will likely be needed inside the room and flooring for less than 12sq ft.
I am interested in having existing vanity taken out and replaced with a new vanity including faucet. The vanity would be very small approx. 30 inches in length. Also, I have a flourescent type of lighting (which isn't working properly) and would like to have a new fixture installed.
I am looking to fully gut and renovate my two washrooms upstairs. One washroom is located in the master bedroom, includes a soaking tub, stand up shower and toilet. I would like to replace everything and expand the shower and put in a stand alone tub. The other washroom is a two sink washroom, I would like to add new vanities and shower. Both washroms require a fan to be installed since they currently do not have any.
A standard 8 feet X 5 feet washroom needs to be renovated that is on 1st floor
1) Take out bath tub and replace with shower with glass door and shower panel.
2) Take out vanity and toilet replace with new
3) Take out old tiles and replace with new tiles in shower and floor
4) New mirror and lights. Pot light in shower
5) Take out existing wallpaper and do new paint
Need quotes with both "just labor" and "labor and material"
I can chose the material that you can buy and bring.
Need timelines how soon this can be completed
Hi,
I am looking for someone to install a washroom in my bassement. the plumbing and drainage main pipe is close to the washroom location, so no much digging. The best price I got so far is 4000 $ including all the materials and fixtures supplied by the contractor.
if someone is welling to gave me a better quotation I am willing to go with him. My cell phone is 647-447-8822. The washroom will include water closet, vanity, and shower.
In the recroom I would like a bathroom.
need to excavate as there is nothing.
excavating, for drains, venting to the outside. install water lines hot/cold for the 3pcs
installing of toliet, sink, shower
I truly am looking to have a complete bathroom done from scratch. nothing fancy basic need.
