We are looking at setting up a stacked washer/dryer in one of the main floor closets to accommodate the tenants on the second and main floor. An apartment sized washer/dryer will fit in the closet and we have measured it. We need to have the plumbing, electrical and the venting setup for the washer/dryer. The electrical panel is right underneath the closet in the basement making the electrical setup easy. The panel has enough space to insert the 3 breakers I believe it requires. The venting should be easy as the outside wall is right behind the dryer. The main task would be the heat/cold piping and the drainage.
We need to have this set up for the tenant by February 15/13. Please let me know the rough cost and time to have this done.
Requiring a quote on work required to improve the water drainage on the outside of the property. We have water that sits at the side of the house and want the water to be drained towards the back of the house. The job may require new concrete being installed in a slope to force the water out to the backyard area. Open to ideas and solutions
Looking to replace the lead pipe from the property line into the house. Here are the details. I would prefer a ball park quote via email as initial consultation
City replaced pipe in November and the new vavle is 28 feet from my house, and they backfilled the hole with 100% sand. We were not given notice so we could not upgrade into the house at the same time.
I have an 8 foot wooden porch on the front of my house, about 5 feet high
The vavle in the basement has been upgrade to copper.
Gas line is already marked and should pose no problems.
