I contacted Kustom Renovations because a leaking toilet in the main floor powder room needed repair and water had damaged the basement ceiling tiles. Within one week Kustom Renovations had taken up the old bathroom tile and subfloor, laid new tile and repaired the toilet. The work was fast, the price was reasonable and the quality was outstanding. I can highly recommend Kustom Renovations for responsiveness and workmanship.

Brad Babineau has just finished the renovation of our bathroom. The room was completely gutted and redone. He has done a very good job and it looks beautiful. We contacted Brad in August to come for an estimate and we had to wait until Febuary to have him start the work. Brad is a very busy man but worth waiting for.
He is very honest and his prices are very reasonable. He does not complain if you change ideas about what was originally planned, has no problem with the fact that you buy some of the materials yourself. For Brad, family comes first so do not be upset if he leaves work earlier to go get the kids at school or take them to hockey or soccer practice. You can reach Brad easily and he does not hesitate to submit his ideas when he thinks you have made a wrong choice while planning the renovation.
Brad does everything except the electricity but works with a very good electrician. We did pick up some of the mess sometimes but the important thing is that we are very satisfied with the work done, the price we paid and the good service Brad has given us.
I would recommend him to all my friends. If you want to see pictures of the bathroom I will make them available. Good job Brad!
