Our garage door has been wrecked in an accident by a contractor! We had a bit of a problem having the door fix. We were looking at a company that would take care of everything including dealing with the contractor's insurance. Once Corey and his team got involve, they quickly fixed the problem, installed a new door and dealt directly with the insurance company. The door works very well and very smoothly. It's a great product! Worry free!

My experience in dealing with Ottawa Garage Door Systems was one of, if not the most positive experience I have had in dealing with a contractor in a number of years. The work required and the timing was explained fully and concisely by Corey. The estimate was clear and there were no surprises when the job was completed. The work was performed on the day specified at the time arranged. The installer Doug was a pleasure to deal with - polite, pleasant, and upon completion provided me with extensive information and tips for maintaining the operation of the garage door. The work site was left clean and spotless. Both Corey and Doug answered any and all of my questions for example on timing, scheduling, payment options, and operation of the automatic opener. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone as they were a pleasure to deal with.

Dave returned my initial message quickly and came out to see us to look at our door and show colour samples. The installer, Doug worked quickly and was very professional and friendly. The door looks amazing and is so nice and smooth. We are very happy with the final product and whole experience! We were further impressed when Dave dropped off a metal sample, when requested, so we can colour match our shutters. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new garage door.

This is the 2nd time I've used OGDS for new garage doors. Corey was first referred to me by a friend of mine 5 years ago. Corey has been a pleasure to work with both times. The workmanship of the installation exceeded our expectations both times. The doors not only look great, they work great, and I feel that once again we got good value for our spend. OGDS also did the flashing around each of the door openings so that we don't have to paint the trim around the doors anymore. The flashing work looks great and finishes off the install as we think it should. Corey also provided and installed new garage door openers. He didn't try to upsell me on the WiFi remote enabled openers but I asked about them and wanted them so he put them in for us. I love them. When my kids forget to close the doors when they come in or leave now I know. This feels more secure for us, I don't have to worry that someone might walk by and snag a bike just because the garage door is open and I have no clue that it is. I can close them from anywhere, or open them from anywhere if I need to let someone in the garage. Well worth the small incremental cost imo. They have battery back up as well which is nice to have given we seem to have Ottawa Hydro outages in our neighbourhood monthly. I already refer clients to OGDS. You'll be happy to work with them also.

Corey listened carefully to our requirements, and went out of his way to fulfill them. He gave the framing requirements for mounting of the doors, and performed the installation quickly, efficiently, and as inexpensively as possible.
