I needed a fence built for my backyard in a unique space. Brian was absolutely amazing to work with and helped design something that worked with the landscape of our house. He also was very patient when I had a lot of questions or wanted to make some changes in the project. This was the first amazing experience I had with a contractor. Brian was on time, on budget and a pleasure to work with. I couldn't provide a stronger reference for Brian and Preimeter Contratracting. I will 100% will be using them again for any of my contracting needs.

Brian and his team removed our old, rotten deck very quickly and had new posts up in no time. From there, they build a new, beautiful custom deck for our backyard. I had Perimeter Contracting remove an old fence and build a new one this past June and I was very pleased with the work they did. I had an issue with a couple of boards that seemed to twist and when I contacted Brian they came out right away and replaced them. I also had them update the front porch in September and again the work was excellent. They show up on time, do a very thorough job, clean up afterwards and address any issues promptly and courteously. The job was also kept to the original estimate cost even though they had to do some extra bracing on the front porch. I have had many compliments from my neighbours on the fence and porch. I was very impressed with Brian and his team and I wouldn't hesitate to have them back to do more work.
