Horrible job on my floor.
I will not be hiring them again.
It is unfortunate that this customer feels so let down. I was refused the opportunity to rectify the deficiency that lead to this evaluation.
Ray and Todd were a fantastic team. They did all the work we had requested plus a few more changes we made. The timing for the job was exactly what was promised. They showed up on time and the quality of their work was to our satisfaction. We will be hiring them for future projects.
What a pleasant experience! I contacted Raymond on the recommendation of a friend and was so pleased with the friendly yet professional interactions and the high quality of the installation.Thank you Raymond and Todd for the great work you did for us,we are really happy. We also appreciated the fact that you took the old door away.We highly recommend your services.

Raymond was hired to replace the back door of my home. Despite me being a picky customer, he managed to incorporate all of my specific requests. He arrived on time and on schedule and completed the job in the specified time. He cleaned up afterwards and even cut up the wood I wanted to keep for burning. He was professional at all times. I would highly recommend him for any home project needs.
Raymond and his assistant completed some electrical work for us (added two new electrical boxes in our dining room ceiling and relocated the light switch, and added a new pot light and switch).
It was a pleasure working with Raymond. He was able to come by our home a few days after our first phone call to review the job and provide us with a rough estimate. He was excellent with communicating - answering all my questions in a timely and professional manner.
As someone in the design field, I really appreciated him listening to my ideas and accommodating all my requests even if they may have been a bit different than what he was accustomed to doing.
He was one time the day of work and efficient in completing the job. He was unavailable to be at our home for the day of the ESA inspection but assured us he was available by phone if there were any questions. We didn't need to call him as the inspection went smoothly and a few days later Raymond dropped off our certificate.
We would definitely hire him again for future work around our home.
Ray was the only one that replied to my "small" job of putting a door on the side of my deck for access to the gas shut off valve. He came promptly and did the work I requested quickly and efficiently.
A bit Torn on writing this, I try to give the benefit of the doubt, and not always complain.
Ray was great, although very professional, very polite, on time, knowledgeable, I am not at all pleased with the work done, it seemed rushed, incomplete, missing pieces, poorly and sloppily done.
We had discussed prior that a cleaning was needed, there was green algae on water pooling points on the deck. This was not cleaned, I was home at the start and Ray and his assistant just started staining the deck. This was to be cleaned prior to staining, as written in the email quote.
I confirmed with Ray as to what type of stain to get and how much, I was told a Semi Transparent deck stain. Stated that this would cover up most of the little stains etc.
This did not, and upon closer inspection the stain was not applied evenly at all, where you can see roller marks, and double layers where the roller overlapped.
The Fence, looks awful. its blotchy and has dark spots. This container was $160 plus tax,
I spoke with Ray, letting him know I was not impressed and that much had been missed. The front edge of the deck was not done, the roller marks were visible etc. He came back several days later, and redid some (only the deck, not the fence etc) , with a different stain, and Opaque stain(Same color, different look) Adding to this, I saw bird droppings on the deck, right above the steps, the day he was to return to finish it. I did not have a chance to clean them up. When he was there, I watched him try to paint over them. Now, the bird droppings are bleeding through the stain, and are not removable. I have tried a coat over top, and they wont go away.
So due to the different Semi Transparent, and now the Opaque Stain, We have two completely different looks in the back yard.
The fence has a blotchy semi transparent stain,
The deck and external fence has an awful "poo" paint look to it.
Going through and completing work in the back yard it seems more and more was missed, or semi done. (Spots of semi transparent paint, mixed with Opaque stain over top)
This is extremely frustrating when going to sale.
I was quoted at $875, including cleaner, material, and Labor. I will end up spending approximately another $300 fixing this.
