It really all depends on where it's being build, what finishes you will want.

It could cost anywhere from $150,000.00 to $250,000.00 and again it really all depends on where your building.

It really depends on your location. However something of that size expect costs, to be anywhere from $800k-$1,000,000.

Depending on where you are building. Ease of access etc. And what finishes you are looking for, it will range from about 580,000.00 to 900,000.00.

If you were building downtown on say Avenue road where I have added an addition and another floor to a home the expenses were far higher than Don Mills or Mississauga or Oakville to the west. I'm not talking about land value. It relates to water, sewer and electrical hook ups. When we have heavy equipment working I need police officers on the street in the downtown area. Not just one. And this is expensive. Time involved in getting equipment in and out, delivery times. the list goes on and on.

Don't know where these guys get their prices?...expect from $250/sqft. for the 1st two floors & roof...50-70K for foundation & $60k for a legal secondary suite...decks run from $40/sqft.

Low end $650,000. High end $900,000.
