Thank you.
I have two rooms in the basement that are separated by a wall.
I want to increase the size of one room and that will require breaking down the wall (not foundational) and then placing another wall.
I also want to install an exhaust fan in the basement bathroom as well.
Thanks,
Sadaf
Drywall frame and waterline already installed. We already have most of the materials. We need tiling on the face of the bar and tiling for the countertop which will be two tiered. Need to install a bar sink and ikea cabinets and fridge under the counter. Electrical done. Need some small work done, such as finishing the basement quarter rounds and installing a door and framing. Also need kitchen backsplash.
Hoping for weekend or evening hours.
We are in North Mississauga
Thank you
The work that has to be done is from scratch. This is an unfinished basement so framing would be the begining of this project. We are looking for just a completed space so drywall. Maybe flooring as well. We also need a light in there. This is approx 7 feet tall & 5 feet wide & 15 feet deep. The job need to be completed in about a week no painting required.

We would like someone to :
A) supply and install shelving/cabinets to support audio & visual equipment as well as to serve as organized storage of books, dvds etc...
Wall dimensions are: 114" wide (approx) x 80" high
B) repair carpet in basement that is "buckling" due to poor installation the first time! Carpet needs to be "tightened" which includes stairs that need new "staple work"

I have a bsmt room that has been double drywalled and triple insulated to create a sound proof room.
#1) Currently the window is covered over which is a fire hazard, so I wish to uncover the window and finish it properly.
#2) I left the backyard water supply on during the winter and a pipe cracked, I need to find the crack to replace it, and then finish it after. I think that I can do the pipe repair, but I need help finding where the problem is. . . . but a quote to fix that too wouldn't hurt!

Interested in obtaining a quote for a finished basement.
My requirements:
Tiled floor/with radiant heating if possible.
Replace drop ceiling with new and additional lighting.
Remove wall paneling and replace with drywall.
Properly insulate and seal as recommended by energy audit.
Scale of work should reflect a reasonable return on investment.
House is about 4 years old. I need basement finished along with a bathroom (roughed in) put in as well. I would also like the laundry room to be finished. It is a small area and am looking to use it as a bedroom for the moment and then as a family room area in a couple of years. I have not laid out a design, am open to suggestions. There is only one window. I want as much storage space as possible.
We have a small unfinished basement measuring approx 16' x 15'. Presently it is being used for storage and also has our washer/dryer. It has drainage provision for washroom/bathroom in one of the corners. This is a townhouse (end unit) approx 7 years old.
