1. How long have you been in operation?
We have been in the renovation business since 1985.
2. What are your area(s) of expertise?
We are a general contractor and therefore do a variety of residential and commercial renovations. We do however specialize in interior renovations including bathrooms, kitchens and basements.
3. What sets you apart from your competitors?
We believe that communication and our attention to the details sets us apart. When working in someone’s home it is important to the success of the project that our staff, the foreman and the clients are all on the same page. Should the client add something or a change is required to the scope of work, there is always a discussion and agreement before any changes are made.
As well, we have a 2-year workmanship warranty. We also support our supplier’s warranty terms. If there is a problem after we leave - even years later, we promise to return the call or email quickly and do repairs as needed in a timely manner.
4. What does winning the “Best of TrustedPros” mean to you?
We are very proud of the awards received through Trusted Pros. It is important to us that our dedication to our craftsmanship and the industry is recognized. It is a point of pride to have had many of our customers provide us with terrific reviews.
5. What are you most proud of as a company?
We pride ourselves on our workmanship. We are picky to a fault! We are also clean fanatics! Many of our clients are repeat customers – we have proven ourselves to be honest and reliable.
6. What are your biggest successes of 2019?
Along with our other projects, we renovated a record number of bathrooms! A total of 21 for 2019.
7. What’s upcoming for 2020?
We are expanding with a new building to house materials and indoor/outdoor equipment in our Stittsville, ON location.
