Our current kitchen is 12 years old, currently have white melamine cupboards/cabinets. They are in fine working condition. Would like to have cupboards and cabinets refaced with more modern veneered wood doors, etc. Counter and backsplash also needs updating, floor has been updated. Don't really intend on changing the cabinet structure just updating them. Faucet also to be installed.
10 feet long by 8 feet wide and in some places 4 1/'2 feet wide
we are looking to repaint our existing cupboard - have purchased special paint
also tiling whole back splash area and painting above the cupboards placing wood like look flooring
we picked out the paint for the whole house as well and will be doing that later.
how much would you charge-estimate to do the painting the tiling and placing the interlocking flooring
we live in a townhouse
thank you very much

Roughly 8 double cabinets and 5 singles maybe. looking to slighty change it to make it functional with accessible corner cabinets, pull outs and soft close and drawer cabinets. want them to touch the ceiling!!! Looking for a kitchen counter replacement and a backsplash installation. The old kitchen counters will have to be removed and disposed of. We are looking for laminate countertops without the built in "curb" type backsplash. We'd also like to go for a bevelled edge. We'll already have the new sink, which will be going from a double sink with 2 drains, to one large sink with a single middle drain. We'll have the backsplash already, but just need someone to install it. There'll be 2 kinds of backsplash with a glass type above the sink and the stove, and a stacked stone type around the rest of the kitchen. The backsplash will run the length of all the countertops, but will stop at the fridge. Pictured is the 2 types of backsplash, and the large tile under the backsplash represents the type of pattern/colour we'd like for the counters. Obviously we'd have to look at your own colours in person.
I want to have a diswasher installed but when I had a new kitchen floor put down, they put the new floor into the area where a dishwasher would go. Now that I'm ready to buy a new dishwasher, I've discovered that there is not enough room. I need the lino and the subfloor removed so that a dishwasher will fit in the space.
I am looking at possibly removing a kithen from my suite. The work that will be involved will be to remove cabinets (carefully) remove the drywall in that room, Lower plugs, Remove pot Lights, Cap off plumbing, re drywall include re texturing room put crown molding back up etc. Work will be done ONLY by fully qualified Electrician.
