Del's upgraded the insulation and updated the exterior of our house in 2015. They were professional, efficient, courteous and reliable, always on time and very reasonably priced, keeping us under budget. Their workmanship is beautiful and they gave our tired exterior a much needed facelift with added insulation to boot. Five years later it still looks like it was done yesterday!

Del’s Exteriors took on the reframing and refinishing of the water damaged wall of my daughter’s 1-1/2 storey home after a previous contractor walked off the job as too precarious to complete. Del’s Exteriors did an excellent job and were always willing to carry out other requests around the home. I highly recommend Del’s exteriors for their expertise and personal attention throughout the project.

They did a job on my house and destroyed my A/C unit and windows. There crews have a lack of care and cleanliness for the worksite. The employees do not respect your house and just want to get the job done. I also didn’t care for the work they did.. the design wasn’t as I asked for, and they did whatever was easiest for them.. Do not get work done from this company, it was a nightmare during and after!!!

I liked the repair work that was done on the front of my house. It looked like nothing had changed after the repairs were done. The new stucco matched the rest of the house. However, I did not appreciate the mess that was left behind once the work was completed. I picked up a garbage bag full of debris that had not been cleaned up. As well, I picked up a small garbage bag of cigarette butts as my yard was used as an ashtray. I was also disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the three men who worked on my house. They had poor communication skills, didn't start the work day at a consistent time and liked to swear at one another.
I m very sorry about the mess Lindsay.
There is no excuse for what happened with the swearing and the cigarette butts.
I will be discussing this with the guys.
The worked involved a lot of rotten wood, and saw dust that was used as insulation.
It did result in a mess after the wall was removed.
Please except my apologies.

Was great on my exterior of my home. Install eifs Acrylic stucco, home is a lot warmer now. And look beautiful. They also did the sofits, and gutters.
