From start to finish this company is professional and more importantly in this industry, reliable and ethical. Working with Daryl and Justin primarily, they came right away for evaluation and estimate. They were flexible with my requirements and had a written contract and budget very quickly. They far exceeded my time requirements and came in right on budget with quality work that we were very happy with.
They made sure we were fully satisfied with the work and even added a few extras that were not required. I was most impressed that they take pride in and stand behind their work. We will definitely be using them for larger projects in the future and highly recommend this company.

I am very happy I used Ridgewater Homes. They worked on the outside of my home in February when it was wet and cold.
They did an awesome job. I told them that I didn't think they could match the siding, but to "do what they could". And they did, I don't know how, but they matched it beautifully.
Also, they did an amazing job in the bathroom. The toilet that was there was installed incorrectly and made my home look like a dump, They removed the toilet and installed a new one, took care and pride in their work. Now my bathroom shines with the new tile and toilet.

I was impressed by Daryl's consultation I experienced. I originally requested a quote ASAP for removing the existing ceiling in my basement and install new insulation and new ceilings and thought this would solve the noise issue between the basement and upstairs. This would cost a lot of money and hassle. Daryl, the owner of Ridge Water Homes, responded to my request timely and asked for a bit more info on the project and pictures. I provided them. He quickly responded back with his assessment of the primary cause of the problem and recommended a simple and cost effective solution. The solution would not give Daryl any business to do to make money on the project. I was impressed by his honesty and accuracy as his conclusion matched with the conclusion made by someone who came to the suite. Therefore, I recommend his company to anyone looking for a contractor to tackle their projects. Daryl is knowledgeable, honest and quick in addressing issues accurately.
