My father recently contacted them for a stove repair for our tenant. A technician came and took his standard $80 but told us for further repairs it would be $280+tax (without even telling us what the issue is). Instead of paying close to $400 for repairs my father went and bought a new stove and threw the old one out. When the new stove came it wouldn't turn on, so we called the Leons technician to come check it. Turns out there was an electrical fault and nothing was wrong with the stove. How is it that the Leons technician picked up on it right when he checked but these technicians didn't notice that the stove was fine and there was an electrical issue in the apartment. I'm convinced that he knew exactly what the issue was, but unless we paid the extra money he wasn't planning on telling us. So now we threw out a perfectly fine stove, ended up buying a new one, and paid the visit fee. I plan on taking them to small claims court on behalf of my father, so if anyone else has been scammed by these frauds please get in touch.
This is worst service and unreliable service that I have ever received. The service is overpriced, deceptive and unreliable. There was $80 upfront charge, which I assumed was for assessment however this was not the case. I had to pay separately for the assessment. To-date it's been over 6 weeks since these people have the microwave and still the repair is not complete. The parts took forever to arrive, when it finally arrived, the technician installed it but the microwave was still not working properly. I was told it had to be taken back to "their lab" for minor programming. It's been 2 weeks since and I still haven't gotten my microwave. I called several times, was told either the lab is closed or technician left for the day. This company is not worth doing business with. Please stay away from them.
Absolutely a bunch of scammers … asked my mom for 320+ dollars before they start the service. Then they said the left railing part needs to be replaced for 440$, we said we will buy a new fridge. He used no parts, spent 20 minutes at the house, and took 320 from my old mom in cash. The freezer door doesn’t even open half way now - as of one day later.
How is it possible that labour cost 320$ in 20 minutes? When you don’t even fix the problem. Scammers. Scammers. Scammers!
All other reviews say the same story! This company has a 1.2 star review. Run away.
Inept. Expensive. They refuse to guarantee their work (only their parts). Very good customer service to lure you in until there's a problem (which there was- the fridge leak reappeared within 24 hours after the 'repair') and then they are evasive and refuse to help or give a refund. Repair man said the work he did would solve the problem. Now they tell me they installed a part to correct a problem that never existed. They only accept cash or debit which is the first red flag. Avoid them at all costs- and it will cost you a lot to hire them.
Absolute scam. Was told on the phone that the visit would be $80, only for the repair guy to show up and demand $295 plus tax before he would even do anything. Asked about the $80 quote and he said that is part of the $295, but to do any work taking it apart costs more. Did he think I was just paying $80 for the pleasure of his company? Of course once he does his inspection (about five minutes) it magically turns into a $1600 repair cost. Didn't pay that. He leaves, and now I'm out over $300 and my equipment still is not working. Phoned the company to complain and got hung up on. Absolutely avoid these scammers.
I so wish I'd read all these reviews before calling them. I'm in utter shock at how bad their customer service is. It started out good, yep we can be there tomorrow morning. Great. Tech comes and quotes $250 to fix the washer. I think a bit pricey but I just want it fixed so fine. He finishes up and hands me a bill for $604. I asked what happened to the $250 and he said oh that didn't include parts. That was never disclosed to me. I pay it thinking well at least it's fixed.
Wrong. It worked for one wash then stopped working again. I call them back and say not working can you send him back out. She then gives me a date a week and a half out because 'they don't prioritize warranty repairs'. I share my experience with the bill and say maybe a suggestion to give the customer the total bill before doing the work. She flat out calls me a liar, that he would have told me the total before I signed off on it including the equipment needed Etc I was called names during this call it was unbelievable how she spoke to a customer. At this point I'm thinking I'm done with the company but I just want them to fix what they didn't fix the first time he came out yesterday he said it was fixed again and once again it broke after one load of laundry. I am now out $600 and have to call another company to fix this properly.
Please don’t avail their service. They are cheaters. I called them to fix my dishwasher. At first they told that we will be charged $80 for the technician to come. The tech came and said that he will only touch the dishwasher if we pay him $335 including tax. We paid him the money he asked for and that was our biggest mistake. He just took 10 minutes but he didn’t fixed it. He said the same thing that is available in google for the dishwasher error code. I have just wasted my money for just nothing. The customer care agent said I will not get any refund for my money but she can give me some discount if I ordered the faulty dishwasher part from them. They are bunch of cheaters. Please be beware of their trap. Their should be some consumer law to protect the customers from these cheaters.

Told me he could fix it for 300 bucks. He got diagnostics wrong so couldn't fix it. Still wanted 300 bucks for not fixing anything.
Do not contact or use under any circumstance.
I was more than willing to pay for the service call...but 300 bucks for a misdiagnosis is criminal.
Seems this is their M.O.
I called to complain...she instantly said if I didn't pay it would be sent to collections.

Let me tell you a story about these guys. We called them because one of our fridges was not working properly.
They charge $400 just to come see what happened. So then they sent their “expert”, who apparently only comes every Thursday. So we waited every Thursday for this issue to get solved. 3 weeks to be exact.
They came in and charged us $1000. We thought the issue was fixed. But it wasn’t fixed. So we called them back asking them to come back and look at it as the issue they said they fixed wasn't fixed. The warranty was useless.
Here comes the tech that says we need to spend $900 on a part for the fridge because something was wrong. We agreed because we thought these guys are professional. The guy came in with the part one week later. He installed a part in a five minutes and walked out. He didn’t even check if anything was working. He told us give it 24hours to work. And to our surprise, the fridge still was not working. So we called them back and we asked them to come back again to see what happened.
The technician came in and told us that he is unable to fix this and for us to call the company and ask them for a refund because they will provide it because he doesn’t know what the problem was and he is unable to fix it and he made a mistake.
Now we get to the good part. We called the company. They said call back on Monday to get a refund. Now we called them back on Monday and they said that we don’t get no refund.
The lady who answered the phone was like no refunds it’s a step by step process the tech said has replace compressor now and that is what the tech had advised them. But the tech told us, he is unable to fix and call the company for a refund. The lady didn’t want help so we asked to speak to the manager. The manager got on the phone and the manager said that nothing can be done.
So in the end, depending on this company that we thought could do a good job, we are out $2000. Customer service couldn’t help us. The manager couldn’t help us, and the technician who was scared to tell his company that he was unable to fix it, went back and told them another story. I’m not even sure who we can go to about this, but don’t depend on this company if you want to be out of money.
How we do keep trusting them to solve an issue based on “step by step process” if they couldn't solve it the first two times. And we only called the company because the technician told us call them and ask for the refund. So nothing was fixed and they’re asking us for more money to come back to see this fridge after spending $2000 already where we could’ve just bought a whole brand new fridge for our restaurant. In these hard times people are facing, there come these scums who are here to pry money out of peoples hands
Guys please read the reviews. They are a bunch of scammers. They scammed me and never fixed our cooler. They come in, take the payment and then leave saying that They need to order a part and then disappear. Their customer service is nice at the beginning and once to call for follow ups they get rude. They are all a group of scammers. I honestly don't know how they work in Canada. I request all these people to come together and let's stop these scammers.
