live in a condo (approx 1,000 sq ft) want to repaint the whole place, pull out carpeting and replace with engineering floors preferably bamboo. if possible I have a sunroom with a step plus glass border, want to remove it and flatten to make one room.
ceilings in the living/dining room and sunroom are stucco
My laminate flooring is making squeaking noise on every square foot when we walk on it. I need help with eliminating the noise.
The floor was installed 2 years ago but it has been making noises since and is getting worse. In the hotter days, the noise is louder and the floor expands making the surface wavy.
We live in a 3-bedroom townhouse with 2 floors.
Walls are being removed and approximately 150 - 200 sq ft of 3/4" hardwood flooring needs to be replaced, and then the complete 512 sq ft room floor will need to be restained and refinished.
Floor is made of red oak and comprised of alternating 3" and 2" wide strips.
Quality is also an important concern.

This is a bungalow living room -- hallway -- bedroom where carpeting is worn out. I want to replace with a high-quality floating laminate or wood floor, depending on price. Need to remove and dispose of carpet, underpad and probably the old floor underneath, so that base plywood can be re-screwed to joists, to eliminate squeaks. May want to replace all baseboards as well.
I need some expert help to lay down about 500 SF of laminate in three adjacent main floor rooms. The floor is ready to go and I have the laminate and underlay, so it's just a matter of a knowledgeable person to make the right decisions about starting point and cuts. There is nothing complicated about it, so I estimate it's a day's work.
