Hi there,
We are looking to renovate our bathroom. We'd like the floor tiled with basic grey tiles and the shower tiled with white subway tiles (we'll likely buy these from Home Depot). We also need a basic bathtub installed with a new shower head and tap handles. The floor is about 4' wide and 5' long with a toilet and vanity covering some of it. The shower tiles would surround the bathroom on 3 sides and go from the top of the bathtub to the ceiling. The ceiling is about 8' tall.
Thank you!

I have mould that has been forming around my basement shower. First noticed in 2015 so I re-caulked it but didn't seem to work. I'd like to have the shower unit removed as well as the wall (tile and drywall) and find where the moisture is coming from. After solving the problem redo with proper Durock or PermaBase cement board and retile the full wall. I'll also upgrade the shower fixtures. I think I would prefer having a shower base built instead of buying a shower unit but open to suggestions. The bathroom is small so there aren't too many options for shower units.
Looking to have the job completed by mid November.
I've attached photos of the bathroom and one of a finished bathroom which I hope to achieve. Please contact me to ask any questions.

Dismantle and dispose of existing leaking shower and leaking shower floor membrane. Replace shower floor membrane/liner so no future leaks. The frameless glass walls and door will be provided and installed by contractor. Shower caddies, tiles and new fixtures will be supplied by Tina.
2. Replace tiles above bathtub with new tiles. Install new fixture with flexible showerhead. Install new soap caddy. Fixture and soap caddy supplied by Tina
3. Replace existing flooring and wall base marble tiles with granite. Put soundproofing with special acoustic properties on floor under new granite floor. Soundproofing material and labor must be approved. If not approved, it must be replaced entirely at contractor’s expense. Soundproofing material will be supplied by contractor. Grout lines are to be very thin.

Ideally I'd like to do a tub to shower conversion and add light in the shower. Replace toilet and vanity Maybe replace floor maybe not. It's a small bathroom 6' x 6'. Additional I'd like to move a wall in the main closet that backs on to the bathroom, The wall in the closet separates a stacked laundry and close hanging. I like to change the proportions to allow for a 27" laundry not the current 24" unit, I don't think the wall has any mechanic in it or is supporting any thing.
I am taking quotes to reno a 3pc 2nd floor and 4pc basement bathroom in a residential home in the Toronto beaches neighborhood. Very minor pluming movement basically removing and updating whats there with the exception of the basement bath which will have a walk in shower built. Both will need to be tiled and finished but not painted.
On site quotes will be taken on JULY 14 15 (and maybe 16th) as I need work to start that week.
If you are not available during that time please don't reply.
Thanks
Gabriel.

Hi I would like to redo 2 bathrooms in my newly purchased condo unit. One bathroom has a tub. I would like to redo the floor of that bathroom (31 Sqft) and the walls of the rub (53 sqft). The Second bathroom I would like to redo the floor tiles (25 sqft) the walls of the shower (84 sqft) and floor of the shower (14 sqft) and the ceiling of the shower (14 sqft). It would be a remove and replace project and I would provide the tiles (12"X24"). Please let me know what a quote for this project would be.
Thanks
We would like to renovate our existing bathroom. We live in a condo stacked townhouse that has a small bathroom with just a sink, toilet and bathtub. We want to potentially replace tub with a standing shower and replace the sink. However, we have a small den on the other side of the bathroom and would like to know if it is possible to extend the existing bathroom by using the den area.
Small (~100 square feet) bathroom needs updating. Shower curtain should be replaced with partial glass, tile in shower area should be replaced with new tile. New flooring will be required, new single, stone vanity countertop needed, toilet will stay as is and cabinets can remain.
I am the owner of this condo unit, currently occupying the condo.
I am moving into a recently purchased condo on May 31.
I plan to install a new 42" x 60m jacuzzi where a 42"x 60" bath currently stands (alcove), retile the surround, retile the floor tiles, replace the current vanity. In the 2nd bathroom I plan to replace the vanity, replace the floor tile, remove the bathtub and install a walk-in shower in its place, replace the suroround tiles, possibly replace toilet.
