Hello,
I live in a condo downtown (Spadina Ave. and Front St.) and am looking for a contractor for a small project.
I would like to remove the carpet in one bedroom and install laminate in this bedroom. The bedroom is 145 square feet.
Please only reply if you are interested in this small project and if you could provide a quote that would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Vincent
Supply and install stairs and railing.
Basement stairs - 12x7-5/8" rises (separated by landing), 41-3/4" wide with 8-1/4" runs and 1" overhangs. Open stringers on the the left side and closed stringers on the right. Oak stringers, oak veneered risers, and 1" solid oak treads.
Main stairs - 16x7-5/16" rises (separated by landing), 41-3/4" wide and 8-1/4" runs and 1" overhangs. Open stringers on the the left side with bullnose on bottom tread and closed stringers on the right. Oak stringers, oak veneered risers, and 1" solid oak treads.
Railing - approx. 55' oak handrail with 1-5/16" oak standard pickets. Post on bottom tread of main stair.
I have a set of stairs in a condominium that currently have hardwood floors glued to them. The stairs are straight treads, except for a winder set and a starting step. I am interested in putting oak on the steps. It could be a false tread, a veneer, or anything that would give the look of authentic oak. Looking to spend roughly $1,000.
The entrance to our home has 14 steps that are 32.5 inches long and 9.5 inches wide (roughly) each.
We would like to change the carpet to either an oak wood step or a laminate wood finish. We are considering keeping the risers of each step white to match the sides of the stairs.
In your quote please indicate what material would be used, if it comes pre-finished, the length of time for the job and your costing.

We need to redo the wood flooring in a small section of the living room of our house. It is on the main floor and leads to the backyard. We are the property owner. I do not have an size but the area that needs to be redone is quite small, we could look into redoing the full room based on pricing.
Thank you.
