It's a gut job. I need to redo a kitchen and a bathroom, including electrical, plumbing, tile- the basement needs work as well- a possible concrete floor installed- at this point, I'm not sure if it's dirt or not under the subfloor. I need quotes, and as soon as possible. Thanks for a taking a look.

My kitchen needs a renovation. It's small and has lots going on. Your typical older home in east york with the kitchen at the back. It's about 9.5 ft by 9.5 ft. There's a chimney, a window, a back door, a radiator, the basement access and the access to the living/dining area. The walls are lathe and plaster under the paneling and wall paper. It boasts a tin ceiling which also in in rougher shape. I want it to be functional and nice without breaking the bank. Some electrical work would be required to add more outlets. There is a gas line for the stove which I want to keep. (the line, not the stove). I've been living with this kitchen for 9 years and it's time to do something about it.

Hello,
I am renovating my new place and I need a new kitchen. I have removed the old one, since my contractor is working on renovating the whole house.
Kitchen size is 10ftx10ft (Please find attached the layout), and I need Cabinets with accessories as well as granite counter top installed within next 3 weeks.
Let me know if you can do this work and how we should proceed with design and quote.
Thanks
Hatem
Install new kitchen. The second pic is staring down the hallway, the kitchen is the very back of the house in the shot. 1st and 4th pic is where the existing cabinets are only and need to be removed (left side of the kitchen). This area is 8 feet long. There is a second section on the same wall where the old stove is, about 6 feet long. The third pic is the right side of the kitchen where nothing likely needs to be installed. Floors are brand new and don’t need to be replaced. Walk through can be set-up and let me know any missing info you need please. An IKEA type kitchen is perfectly acceptable and I can pick out all necessary finishes, with direction for measurements, etc. High Park/Roncesvalles (Parkside Drive in Toronto).
I want to open up the wall between kitchen and living room and put in an entire new kitchen and bathroom OR switch the same project around where the Kitchen and Bathroom get relocated from left to right with all new fixtures in it.
I am looking for an estimate and only contractors with references that will take this project seriously.
If you are just looking to make a buck don't bother calling.
I have a few relatively minor jobs needed to be done, which include the following:
- Installation of two ceiling fans
- Installation of digital thermostat
- Installation of light dimmer
- Removal of one kitchen cupboard (the cupboard is too low to fit our fridge underneath of it and we eventually want to do the kitchen anyway, so the cupboard really isn't a concern)
- Installation of new kitchen faucet
- Fixing one french door
Please provide a quote and the estimated time it will take to complete this work.
I am looking to remove countertop and sink, replace all floor tiles and backsplash.

We are looking to replace the cupboard doors on all the kitchen cupboards and to have painted all other parts of the cupboard including the interior. In addition we need to have all the wallpaper stripped and the walls painted. The baseboards also need to be removed and replaced. We are preparing this Condominium to be sold and will require assistance with sourcing materials of a suitable quality. We are open to suggestions and recommendations regarding the scope and materials for this project.

We need to remove a cabinet above the range in the kitchen before installing a canopy hoodrange fan. The crown moulding will need to be cut and returned back to the wall. There may be some screw holes in 2 cabinets left and right. The cabinet sides are finished with the original colour, not white. The moulding is attached with a few screws and should be easily removable.
