I am so glad that we selected Detailed Construction.
Prior to porch installation, design and pricing options were provided by Dan. Dan personally reviewed each option with us to ensure that the finished porch design was what we wanted, Installation crew were very professional and trustworthy. They kept us in the loop at all times. Dan frequently visited the site to ensure that we had no concerns.
There was a bit of a wait due to the weather (rain and extreme heat} which was out of their control but It was well worth the wait.
We are so pleased that we have approached Detailed Construction to obtain design and pricing options to remodel our kitchen and to replace all brown doors in our home with white doors.

Daniel and the gang did a great job. Weather was crazy hot, but they kept at it. Price was right and finish was good.

Chris and Dan were both incredibly professional and incredibly personable. They listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond what we expected. Every night they cleaned and tidied up our yard. They used a bin that put wood underneath so as not to mark up our driveway. They even brought our recycling bins up from the curb to our garage on our garbage day.
There was a very tight space in between our shed and our neighbour's shed. All the other contractors who gave us an estimate said that there was no way that they could get in there and put in new posts. Dan said they would make it work and sure enough they got all the old fence out from in there and put in new posts and panels and made it look perfect.
We also have had a lot of problems with animals getting into our backyard so we asked that the fence run right along the ground. They actually used longer panels, tapped them down to the ground and then cut the tops level.
They took incredible pride in their work and treated our home like their own.
We would recommend them to anyone.

I am thrilled with the job done on my fence. They took into account that I have 2 small dogs and put the fence boards as close to the ground as possible. They were very professional and personable. They went out of their way to level and clean up my yard for me which is still just soil until I lay some sod. They answered any questions I had regarding the work I want to complete myself in my backyard, raised garden and laying of the sod. I would absolutely recommend them, so much so I’m having them back in the Fall to put in a new patio out back.

| Warranty | Warranty The Contractor shall correct, at its own expense, any defects in the Work due to faulty workmanship pursuant to this agreement for a period of 1year from the date of Full Completion. The Owner shall give the Contractor written notice of such defects within a reasonable time, and in any event within the warranty period. The Contractor will convey to the Owner any warranties by manufacturers or suppliers on individual materials, products or systems supplied by the Contractor under this agreement. The Contractor does not warrant labour and/or materials supplied by the Owner or the Owner's subcontractors. Warranty on outdoor projects is limited to labour only as we cannot be responsible for the weather. |
