Terrible company. They’ve charged me for 6 months straight after I cancelled my service with them and they say it’ll be refunded but yet here we hate a half a year later. Don’t deal with these shady practice people!
It was a nightmare to deal with this company. If I could give them a zero I could. When you speak to the customer service team about your complaint they sound like a broken record. They technician was to lazy to go under the crawl space to see if we could change to a tankless water heater. They said they couldn’t do the job but Reliance Home Comfort was there the next day and did the job within an hour. After I cancelled the contract I was still billed for the next 2 months. When I called there I was disconnected twice and nobody called me back. Every call they ask you to confirm the phone number so if we get disconnected they will call back. I had to wait on hold for another 40 minutes. If you want a good provider please stick to Reliance not this garbage Enercrare.
Purchased AC ductless units that were installed by D and K heating.
Unfortunately Enercare took over their service side.
I’ve been trying for four weeks now to get the outdoor system moved as it was initially Placed in the middle of my car port rendering the carport useless.
Two reference numbers later. Both of which Enercare when called back state they are incorrect I’m still waiting.
They obviously don’t want the business.
Also whenever you speak to an advisor and say you want to speak to a manager to file a complaint - said advisor states they are the manager (every time) and that my concerns have been escalated.
Avoid at all costs.
Water softener self destructed Feb 4/22. They are almost impossible to deal with because their call centre is totally incompetent in dealing with customers, they put you on hold 10minutes later you get cut off, they have all your information but you never get a call back (wonder if this is company policy). Problem not established problem does not exist. Feb 26 their old unit still here and no one has even said what to do with it.
I have an account with Enercare through Enbridge Gas. I have 2 water heaters on my duplex but Enercare had charged me for 3 water heaters since April 2011. I have been in contact first with Enbridge and then Enercare since December 2021 but they still continue to bill me for 3 water heaters, most recently for the February bill. When I call Enercare they put you on hold for the longest time and then pass you on to another department where it will then be cut off. I just want this resolved.
Been calling for two days we have no hot water first person said someone would call the best day by noon no call called at 130 was promised someone would call and come no call called back at 430 someone will call by 6 called back at 745 on hold for 25 now someone will call me within 24 hours asked to speak to a supervisor was refused not a very good company wish they had zero star cause that’s what I would give them.
We are Enercare customers for more than two years. We are extremely unhappy with the customer service department. Language issues, tone issues, no customer commitment just to name a few. Each time we call, a CSR tells us a different story, without fail. We have requested a specific technician for a yearly furnace inspection and confirmed several times. Twice in a row, a different technician showed up. We wanted to talk to the manager to get an explanation, but different CSRS came up with different stories why that can not be done. Twice, we were promised that a manager will call us back with an explanation, but nobody has, even after two follow-up calls over a week. And, today's CSR (Tarish) is just wonderful and outright mentioned that passing the call to a supervisor is just out of the question - no justification and no explanation whatsoever. Is this the kind of customer service we can expect? What is going on?
Generally poor business ethics, they don't provide any proper agreements and then hold you hostage to buy out equipment at many over it's retail value. They are self serving and unprofessional. Stay far away from this company, WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!
