They were on time, but seemed to rush the job. The Cap on the center of the Roof is cooked and the Rubber Dam that goes around the Stink Pipe was left protruding out from under the Shingle by about 3" and not secured down. When contacted, my bill was reduced by $100. I secured the Rubber Dam myself. They do great work, but I won't be getting any more roof jobs from them.
We are sorry for your unhappy roof job. Not entirely sure what you mean by cooked in regards to your roof capping. The rubber boot is installed correctly. It can be hidden however but may leak. If you are having issues with leaks your roof is guaranteed for ten years labour and materials. Just wondering why you took over a year to mention now. Seems a bit unfair to me. On-Call Maintenance replaced my roof, helped me build a Shed and other small jobs around my house. Brent does great work and is very educated in all types of repairs/renovations. He tells it like it is and makes suggestions on how to improve projects. He was always on time and finished the job in a timely manner and on budget. I would highly suggest him to anyone.
