Hi,
I am looking for a contractor who can do the job right and it has to be reasonably priced.
I need a wall with insulation (gypblock insulated wall) that is 14 feet length x 9 feet height as divider.
Please provide quote for material and labor and how long will the job take.
thank you very much.

Hello,
I'd like to get a quote for checking if part of a kitchen wall can be removed and also another wall that is behind a sink can be lowered down. I live in a condo apartment in Nun's Island.
I'd also need the plumbing work to install a shower (there is only a tub in my bathroom but no shower) change the bathroom floor tiles and install tiles in the tub walls.
Thanks
Marcela
I need a wall framed out and built to separate a second bedroom from the master. The original condo owner asked the builder not to complete a 76" section of the wall so the two rooms would be connected. The ceiling height is just over 9ft and the max width of the wall is 6". Looking for a standard wall to separate the rooms and provide the normal amount of sound insulation. The wall will connect existing sections of the two wall and would need to be finished on both side. I will do the final coat of paint.

Could you please let me know if you’re available and an estimate of the work.

*** we have just recently moved into a new house and are starting on a list of several projects ***
We own a woman's clothing store in a shopping mall and with the recent change inside the mall, we need to move to a new location. The new location we moved to was previously a bathing product store so the layout is not suitable for our needs. We need to convert two rooms inside the store into four fitting rooms and push one wall further to the back so there will be a bigger displaying area. The store is well renovated, the floor is wood floor and in good condition but if we knock down the wall and divide the rooms then the ceiling and the floor attched to those areas will have to be repaired. The square footage of the rooms are approximately 30 and 40 respectively. The exact square footage will be given when we obtain the floor plan from the landlord. We are planning to move in January 2010. Please contact Rochelle to book an appoitment for a inspection visit. Thanks.
