I need some renovations to be done on my 1500 sqft industrial space. I need electrical and plumbing work to suit my bakery needs (for convection oven, walk-in fridge/freezer, dishpit, handwash sinks, planetary mixer etc). I also need some food safe wall panelling and flooring to be installed. I will need some hardwood or tiling for the front retail space as well.

The dimmer on/off switch in bathroom works sometimes, sometimes not. I bought a replacement and was going to do it myself but decided to contact a professional as I am 74 and not secure with electrics. I have used other sites and made contacts with a handyman but after finding out how small a job it is they do not reply.
I live in a condo near Yonge and York Mills.

Hi, please provide a quote for replacing a bathroom fan (I have purchased the new fan) as well as replacing an electrical outlet and light switch. These would need to be provided by the electrician. Also please advise if Monday morning the job could be done. Thank you *Please respond by email as at the Ofc today*
I have a faulty circuit feeding my garage. The breaker trips occassionaly if left on, and most recently there was some sort of fault that seems to have electrified the ground near the garage -- we noticed mild electrical tingling while digging in the garden. We've turned off the breaker, of course.
Relevant details that I can think of:
The faulty circuit feeds the garage and one outdoor outlet that is mounted on the house.
There is an empty conduit to the garage for a new wire to be pulled if needed.
The basement is finished.
The breaker on the current line is 120v/15a. The electrical load in the garage is a single light and a garage door opening.
I am looking to get the following items completed:
1. Move my existing gas line and upgrade it from 1 inch to 1.25 inch. The distance to be replace is approx 40 ft.
2. Rough-in a gas line for a future fire place.
3. Install a new duct (approx 10 ft from existing duct)
4. Vent existing furnace to outside
The condo was built in 1971 and the fuse box is probably the original one.
We had a blown fuse and there was 'arcing' when I tried to replace the fuse. Maybe this can be fixed? I suspect not. But if that is an option, please advise.
The existing fuse box: 5" wide X 22" tall. "CEB Ltd 10-636-3" "100 Amps 115/230 V.A.R."
Electrical shut-off is available from the hall.
We very rarely experience blown fuses so at least to me, the 100 AMP seems adequate.
Management office will need to come and shut the electricity off. So I will have to coordinate with them. They may want to see some credentials. (i.e qualified electrician)
We require someone to move two outlets in a kitchen as soon as possible (this week if possible). we would then require someone to remove one light source, add two overhead light sources, and move potlights in a bathroom to sconces. The lighting projects could be completed later (in the coming weeks/months).
1. Install chandelier and dimmer switch in lounge (ceiling needs new central hole)
2. Replace dining room chandelier and 2 x wall lights
3. Replace x ceiling lights on hallway ceiling
3. Replace bedroom lights x 4
4. Replace rear external lights x 2
5. Install external lights x 2
6. Install 2 lights in swimming pool area (also quote for installing lights at bottom of pool)

Hello,
Please email me a written repair estimate. My GE stove model# jcbp240dmww only 1.5 year old. The large coil element 8" will not shut off. I have to pull the plug or switch the breaker. It most likely needs a new infinite switch. My credit card company has warranty and needs a repair estimate to approve. Thanks
I am looking to install a tesla electric charger in my garage. I live in a condo townhouse. I purchased a tesla wall charger for a tesla model 3 long range AWD. The electrical panel is 100A and on the same floor as the garage. There are already outlets in the garage so there's already a connection to the panel from the garage. I would like to know what gauge you plan to use, if you plan to get a permit, how long the project would take, and how much the project would cost. Thank you.
I am moving into a 3br walk up townhouse (on 2 levels) on July 1st
i need the following done before then:
1. Paint top to bottom (paint will be provided)
2. install light fixtures (1 ceiling fan, 6 other room lights)
3. I need a 220v outlet in the kitchen (for a washer dryer)
4. plumbing connect for washer about (2ft away from the sink)
5. general handy man for re-assembling bed, changing shower head, putting up mirrors etc.
