We have secured the Canadian distribution rights for Sanidoor. Sanidoor is a patented touch free swinging door system, serving as the final link in the chain for the total touch-free washroom experience. We will be selling the product to various markets across Canada through a sales force that will not be tasked with the physical installation of the units, establishing a relationship with installers is the purpose of this RFQ.
Installation includes:
* Basic Electrical: The Sanidoor unit needs to be connected to a standard electrical outlet (may have to be installed) or be hardwired.
* Basic Install: Installation manual calls for use of No. 2 & No. 3 Phillips head screwdriver, 3/16€ Drill bit for mounting hole pilots, Metric Allen Wrench set, standard pereonal protective equipment and other minor materials. Wires will need to be fished from the top of the door frame to the actuator mounted on the wall approximately 4' away.
* Finishing work: Units will be installed in both washrooms and major throughways. Contractor will have to provide proof of experience with drywall, tile, stone, brick, concrete, metal, wood, and marble as job may require installation on any of those walls previously mentioned.
* Startup Calibration: Simple data entry into digital display on unit to confirm door swing speed, and other options. Contractor will have complete access to the product design engineer for questions and will have a complete product training session.
Additional Information:
* Interested in receiving hourly charge and piece work volume discounts if applicable.
* Please include any information pertaining to territory coverage if your company has provincewide/nationwide coverage.
* Please advise of any clearance documents you and/or your workers have that may simplify projects requirements (i.e. security clearance documents for Federal government work, etc.).

I have half a dozen baseboard heaters (two large the others small) - they are a backup heat source for when a mini-split heat pump won't work due to the external temperature being too low.
They are pretty old and need:
1. replacing with new units
2. install and connect them all to a central thermostat (note there is no thermostat installed at present),
3. remove old heaters
I need a sub to bring in 200 amp feed to new panel. No need to supply panel or connect circuits. Just bring feed and connect to panel.
House is semi detached and about 10 feet from curb.
Please indicate price in your quote. I get too many responses and have no time to even think about contacting someone that doesn't even give me direction with regards to how much it will cost. I know the cost can change when you come out to look at the job.
For my house I am looking for Electrician, to upgrade my house to 200 Amp from 100amp. Please quote your rate includes Permit expenditure, Labour charges with and without material. Also please also mention Time needed for complete job. At present property is having 100 AMP, connect underground. and also having 2 panels, one in basement and second one on main floor.
7 Electrical Jobs:
- install lighting strip in ensuite bathroom
- remove light fixture in kitchen and replace with another fixture
- remove light fixture in basement bathroom and replace with another fixture
- install electrical outlet outside at front of house
- tighten up light fixture in basement cold room
- install junction box in basement cold room
- install junction box for boiler in laundry room
A few weeks back we turned on the lights in our living room, bathroom and hallway to find that they were no longer working at full strength.
Whilst other lights within the flat continued to work without issue, the impacted lights had lost almost all their strength and are emitting only a tiny amount of light.
Given that the bulbs are emitting some light and from time to time the lights do sometimes return to full strength it appears to be some sort of electrical issue. The attached pictures show the lights in question.
I am looking for a qualified professional to investigate and fix the issue asap.

We are looking at setting up a stacked washer/dryer in one of the main floor closets to accommodate the tenants on the second and main floor. An apartment sized washer/dryer will fit in the closet and we have measured it. We need to have the plumbing, electrical and the venting setup for the washer/dryer. The electrical panel is right underneath the closet in the basement making the electrical setup easy. The panel has enough space to insert the 3 breakers I believe it requires. The venting should be easy as the outside wall is right behind the dryer. The main task would be the heat/cold piping and the drainage.
We need to have this set up for the tenant by February 15/13. Please let me know the rough cost and time to have this done.
Would like a dryer receptacle (10/3) and a standard outlet (12/2, 20amp) installed in back room (with accompanying breakers at panel and fuse box at the dryer location) House is 100 yrs old brick. Requires running external conduit from panel to location. approx 50-60 feet around a couple corners.( I can run this if the length is a huge cost factor).
I am unsure if the existing main breaker panel can accept the new breakers so a new sub-panel may be required (I'm pretty sure I have enough amperage left in my service so that shouldn't need upgrading).
At this stage I only need a rough, realistic estimate (not a low-ball quote) so i can decide how soon I can do it. One with a sub-panel required and one without.
Thanks
I am relocating the laundry in my home and will need 220v electrical rewired at the panel and the appliance.
The walls are open and 12/2 and 10/3 Romex have been run to the endpoints. Looking for a certified electrician to do the connections according to code and coordinate inspection if possible.
I would like to replace the wiring that runs from my house to my garage. The run is approximately 50' between the structures.
Currently the wiring is strung along a fence however I am interested stringing it between the two buildings. The garage sits higher than the house and there are high points on the house from which a guy-wire could be strung.
Additionally I would like to install a breaker panel in the garage
I realise there are many variables that will impact your pricing so please use a range or provide a cost breakdown.
Thanks.
